Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a spool valve device for a pneumatic cylinder, which is capable of adjusting the dead band during switching back and forth between an extension direction operation and retraction direction operation of the cylinder rod of a pneumatic cylinder. To this purpose, this spool valve device for a pneumatic cylinder is provided with a first spool valve 10 which has a first dead band DB10, and has an extension opening characteristic 10D, or a first opening characteristic, being the characteristic that, with movement of the first spool, there is an increase in the opening surface area of hydraulic fluid supplied in the direction that extends the cylinder rod, and a second spool valve 20 which has a second dead band DB20, and has a retraction opening characteristic 20U, or a second opening characteristic, being the characteristic that with movement of the second spool, there is an increase in the opening surface area of hydraulic fluid supplied in the direction that retracts the cylinder rod, wherein, a control unit combines the extension opening characteristic 10D of the first spool valve 10 and the retraction opening characteristic 20U of the second spool valve 20, adjusts the switching timing for switching between the first spool valve 10 and the second spool valve 20 and sets the switching dead band DB2 to zero.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de produire un dispositif distributeur à tiroirs pour un vérin pneumatique qui est capable d'ajuster la zone morte pendant la commutation entre un fonctionnement en direction d'extension et un fonctionnement en direction de rétraction de la tige d'un vérin pneumatique. A cet effet, ce dispositif distributeur à tiroirs pour un vérin pneumatique comprend un premier tiroir (10) qui comporte une première zone morte (DB10), et présente une caractéristique d'ouverture d'extension (10D), ou une première caractéristique d'ouverture, cette caractéristique, par le mouvement de la première bobine, étant une augmentation de la surface d'ouverture de fluide hydraulique amené dans la direction dans laquelle s'étend la tige de vérin, et un second tiroir (20) qui comporte une seconde zone morte (DB20) et présente une caractéristique d'ouverture de rétraction (20U), ou une seconde caractéristique d'ouverture, cette caractéristique, par le mouvement de la seconde bobine, étant une augmentation de la surface d'ouverture de fluide hydraulique amené dans la direction dans laquelle se rétracte la tige de vérin; une unité de commande combine la caractéristique d'ouverture d'extension (10D) du premier tiroir (10) et la caractéristique d'ouverture de rétraction (20U) du second tiroir (20), ajuste le temps de commutation pour commuter entre le premier tiroir (10) et le second tiroir (20) et ramène à zéro la zone morte de commutation (DB2).
