Abstract:
(EN) Crimping groups (13) having a plurality of crimping parts (14, 15) of different orientation are formed on a plurality of thin plates (10) that are disposed in an overlapping manner. After the positions of the overlapped thin plates (10) are fixed, a preset punching process is carried out on the thin plates (10), which are registered using pilot holes (12). This prevents misalignment of the overlapping plurality of thin plates (10) when the punching process is carried out on the thin plates (10), thereby making it possible to perform a high-accuracy punching process without the periphery of the pilot holes (12) being deformed due to pilot pins (11).
(FR) L'invention concerne des groupes de sertissage (13) ayant une pluralité de parties de sertissage (14, 15) de différente orientation, formés sur une pluralité de plaques fines (10) qui sont disposées de manière à se chevaucher. Une fois que les positions des plaques fines chevauchées (10) sont fixées, un processus de poinçonnage prédéfini est réalisé sur les plaques fines (10), qui sont alignées à l'aide de trous pilotes (12). Cela empêche le mauvais alignement de la pluralité se chevauchant de plaques fines (10) lorsque le processus de poinçonnage est effectué sur les plaques fines (10), permettant ainsi de réaliser un processus de poinçonnage très précis sans que la périphérie des trous pilotes (12) ne soit déformée en raison des broches pilotes (11).
(JA) 重ねて配置した複数枚の薄板材(10)に、向きが異なる複数のかしめ部(14、15)を有するかしめ群(13)を形成し、重ねた状態の薄板材(10)の位置を固定した後、パイロット孔(12)で位置決めされた薄板材(10)に対して、予め設定した打ち抜き加工を行う。これによって、重ねて配置した複数枚の薄板材(10)に対して打ち抜き加工を行う際に、薄板材(10)同士のずれを防止することで、パイロットピン(11)によってパイロット孔(12)の周辺を変形させることなく、精度の高い打ち抜き加工を行うことができる。
