Abstract:
(EN) A rotor (20) comprises a rotor iron core (21) that has magnet insertion holes (23), and permanent magnets (30) that are positioned in the magnet insertion holes (23). The rotor iron core (21) has slits (25) on the outer side, in a radial direction of the rotor iron core (21), of the magnet insertion holes (23). The permanent magnets (30) are magnetized by positioning the rotor (20) so as to face teeth (12) around which a winding (8) is wound, causing the rotor (20) to rotate in a first rotational direction from a rotational position, said rotational position being a position in which the centers of the magnet insertion holes (23) in a circumferential direction of the rotor iron core (21) face middle sections between both ends of the winding (8) in the circumferential direction, sending a current through the winding (8), causing the rotor (20) to rotate in a second rotational direction, said second rotational direction being the opposite direction from the rotational position as the first rotational direction, and sending a current through the winding (8).
(FR) Un rotor (20) comprend un noyau de fer de rotor (21) qui a des trous d'insertion d'aimant (23), et des aimants permanents (30) qui sont positionnés dans les trous d'insertion d'aimant (23). Le noyau de fer de rotor (21) comporte des fentes (25) sur le côté externe, dans une direction radiale du noyau de fer de rotor (21), des trous d'insertion d'aimant (23). Les aimants permanents (30) sont magnétisés en positionnant le rotor (20) face à des dents (12) autour desquelles est enroulé un enroulement (8), en amenant le rotor (20) à tourner dans une première direction de rotation à partir d'une position de rotation, ladite position de rotation étant une position dans laquelle les centres des trous d'insertion d'aimant (23) dans la direction circonférentielle du noyau de fer de rotor (21) font face aux parties centrales entre les deux extrémités de l'enroulement (8) dans la direction circonférentielle, en envoyant un courant dans l'enroulement (8), en amenant le rotor (20) à tourner dans une seconde direction de rotation, ladite seconde direction de rotation étant la direction opposée à partir de la position de rotation à la première direction de rotation, et en envoyant un courant dans l'enroulement (8).
(JA) 回転子(20)は、磁石挿入孔(23)を有する回転子鉄心(21)と、磁石挿入孔(23)内に配置された永久磁石(30)とを備える。回転子鉄心(21)は、磁石挿入孔(23)に対して回転子鉄心(21)の径方向外側にスリット(25)を有する。永久磁石(30)の着磁は、回転子(20)を、巻線(8)が巻回されたティース(12)に対向するように配置し、回転子(20)を、磁石挿入孔(23)の回転子鉄心(21)の周方向における中心が巻線(8)の当該周方向における両端の中間部に対向する回転位置から第1の回転方向に回転させて、巻線(8)に電流を流し、回転子(20)を、当該回転位置から第1の回転方向とは反対の第2の回転方向に回転させて、巻線(8)に電流を流すことによって行われている。
