Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an improved process for the preparation of compound of formula III by cyclizing compound of formula II in presence of hexamethyldisilazane and a base in a solvent. The compound of formula III is further converted to Idelalisib. Wherein X is an amino protecting group.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la préparation du composé de formule III par cyclisation d'un composé de formule II en présence d'hexaméthyldisilazane et d’une base dans un solvant. Le composé de formule III est ensuite converti en idélalisib, X représentant un groupe protecteur amino.
