Abstract:
(EN) Ink jet recording devices suffer from the problem that charging electrode deformation causes irregularities in the amount of charge applied to particles, thereby degrading print quality, and the problem that during use over a long period of time, the adhesion of contaminants and changes in shape reduce mounting position accuracy, thereby degrading print quality. In order to solve these problems, a print head is provided with a nozzle, an orifice and a charging electrode. The charging electrode is provided with: a block-shaped charging electrode block; a charging electrode back cover which is positioned between the charging electrode block and the orifice, and which affixes the charging electrode block; and a charging electrode front cover which is positioned on the opposite side of the charging electrode block from the charging electrode back cover, and which affixes the charging electrode block. The charging electrode block, the charging electrode back cover and the charging electrode front cover are configured so as to be integrated, and the charging electrode, the orifice and the nozzle are configured so as to be integrated.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème associé aux dispositifs d'impression à jet d'encre, selon lequel la déformation de l'électrode de charge entraîne des irrégularités dans la quantité de charge appliquée à des particules, ce qui altère la qualité d'impression. Un autre problème est que pendant l'utilisation sur une longue durée, l'adhérence de contaminants et les changements de forme réduisent la précision de la position de montage, ce qui altère la qualité d'impression. Afin de résoudre ces problèmes, une tête d'impression est pourvue d'une buse, d'un orifice et d'une électrode de charge. L'électrode de charge est pourvue : d'un bloc d'électrode de charge en forme de bloc ; d'un capot arrière d'électrode de charge qui est positionné entre le bloc d'électrode de charge et l'orifice, et qui fixe le bloc d'électrode de charge ; et un capot avant d'électrode de charge qui est positionné sur le côté opposé du bloc d'électrode de charge par rapport au capot arrière d'électrode de charge, et qui fixe le bloc d'électrode de charge. Le bloc d'électrode de charge, le capot arrière d'électrode de charge et le capot avant d'électrode de charge sont configurés de façon à être intégrée, et l'électrode de charge, l'orifice et la buse sont conçus pour être intégrés.
(JA) インクジェット記録装置において、帯電電極が変形すると、粒子に与える電荷量が不安定になって印字品質が低下したり、長期に使用することによって、汚れの付着や形状の変化等により取り付け位置の精度が悪くなり、印字品質が低下するという課題があった。上記課題を解決するために、印字ヘッドは、ノズルと、オリフィスと、帯電電極とを備え、帯電電極は、ブロック状の帯電電極ブロックと、帯電電極ブロックとオリフィスとの間に配置され帯電電極ブロックを固定する帯電電極バックカバーと、帯電電極ブロックに対して帯電電極バックカバーとは反対側に配置され帯電電極ブロックを固定する帯電電極フロントカバーとを備え、帯電電極ブロックと帯電電極バックカバーと帯電電極フロントカバーとが一体となり構成されており、帯電電極及びオリフィスとノズルとは一体となり構成されている。
