Abstract:
(EN) A control system (100) and control method for controlling a process performed by production equipment (200). The control system has a first interface (191) configured to obtain, from a data provisioning module (310), production control data (311) for operating the production equipment (200) wherein the production control data (311) relates to operating instructions configured to control the production equipment (200) to automatically process a plurality of physical items (I1, I2) and their respective components (C1 to Cn). It further includes a risk evaluator module (110) configured to determine for each item a total risk value based on partial risk values associated with the respective components (C1 to Cn), and further configured to detect a change in the determined total risk values. It further includes a control unit (120) configured to: initiate, via a second interface (192), execution of the operating instructions for manufacturing a particular item (I1) having the lowest total risk value during a first operating time interval (OTV1); initiate termination of the execution of the operating instructions for processing the particular item (I1) if the change in the determined total risk values results in an alternative item (I2) having the lowest total risk value; and initiate, via the second interface (192), execution of the operating instructions for processing the alternative item (I2) during a second operating time interval (OTV2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de commande (100) et un procédé de commande servant à commander un traitement exécuté par un équipement de production (200). Le système de commande comporte une première interface (191) configurée pour obtenir, d'un module de fourniture de données (310), des données de commande de production (311) servant à mettre en œuvre l'équipement de production (200), les données de commande de production (311) se rapportant à des instructions de mise en œuvre conçues pour commander l'équipement de production (200) pour qu'il traite automatiquement une pluralité d'éléments physiques (I1, I2) et leurs composants respectifs (C1 à Cn). L'invention concerne également un module évaluateur de risque (110) configuré pour déterminer, pour chaque élément, une valeur de risque total sur la base de valeurs de risque partiel associées aux composants respectifs (C1 à Cn), et en outre configuré pour détecter un changement des valeurs de risque total déterminées. L'invention concerne en outre une unité de commande (120) configurée pour : initier, par le biais d'une seconde interface (192), l'exécution des instructions de mise en œuvre permettant de fabriquer un élément particulier (I1) ayant la plus petite valeur de risque total pendant un premier intervalle de temps de mise en œuvre (OTV1); initier la fin de l'exécution des instructions de mise en œuvre permettant de traiter l'élément particulier (I1) si le changement des valeurs de risque total déterminées a pour conséquence un autre élément (I2) ayant la plus petite valeur de risque total; et initier, par le biais de la seconde interface (192), l'exécution des instructions de mise en œuvre permettant de traiter l'autre élément (I2) pendant un second intervalle de temps de mise en œuvre (OTV2).
