Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung eines metallischen Bauteils (1). Das Verfahren umfasst zumindest die folgenden Schritte: a) Erwärmen des Bauteils (1), b) Einstellen einer Temperaturdifferenz zwischen mindestens einem ersten Teilbereich (2) und mindestens einem zweiten Teilbereich (3) des Bauteils (1), c) zumindest teilweises Umformen und/oder Kühlen des Bauteils (1) in einem Presshärtewerkzeug (4), d) mechanisches Nachbearbeiten des mindestens einen ersten Teilbereichs (2) des Bauteils (1).
(EN) The invention relates to a method and to a device for heat treating a metal component (1). Said method consists of at least the following steps: a) heating the component (1), b) setting a temperature difference between at least one first sub-region (2) and at least one second sub-region (3) of the component (1), c) at least partially shaping and/or cooling the component (1) in a press-hardening tool (4), d) mechanical post-machining the at least one first sub-region (2) of the component (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement thermique d’un élément métallique (1). Le procédé comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : a) chauffage de l’élément (1), b) réglage d’une différence de température entre une première zone partielle (2) et au moins une deuxième zone partielle (3) de l’élément (1), c) mise en forme et/ou refroidissement au moins partiel(le) de l’élément (1) dans un premier outillage de trempe à la presse (4), d) usinage ultérieur mécanique de l’au moins une première zone partielle (2) de l’élément (1).
