Abstract:
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyesters, welcher a) eine Furandicarbonsäure-Komponente (A), die mindestens einen Dialkylester einer Furandicarbonsaure umfasst, b) eine Dicarbonsäure-Komponente (B), die mindestens eine aliphatische Dicarbonsaure oder deren Dialkylester oder deren Anhydrid umfasst, c) eine Alkohol-Komponente (C), die mindestens 1,4-Butandiol umfasst, sowie d) einen Katalysator (D) enthält, wobei sämtliche Komponenten der Reaktionsmischung gemeinsam umgesetzt werden; Polyester enthaltend a) eine Furandicarbonsäure- Komponente (A), die mindestens eine Furandicarbonsäure umfasst, b) eine Dicarbonsäure- Komponente (B), die mindestens eine Dicarbonsäure umfasst, c) eine Alkohol-Komponente (C), die mindestens 1,4-Butandiol umfasst, wobei die Hydroxylzahl >0 bis 50 mg KOH/g und die Säurezahl 0 bis 2,5 mg KOH/g beträgt; und Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Polyester zur Herstellung von Folien, Verpackungen, Behältern, geschäumten Produkten, Fasern oder Verbundstoffen.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polyester which contains a) a furan dicarboxylic acid component (A) which comprises at least one dialkyl ester of a furan dicarboxylic acid, b) a dicarboxylic acid component (B) which comprises at least one aliphatic dicarboxyl acid or the dialkyl ester or anhydride thereof, c) an alcohol component (C) which comprises at least 1,4-butanediol, and d) a catalyst (D), wherein all of the components of the reaction mixture are reacted together; and polyester containing a) a furan dicarboxylic acid component (A) which comprises at least one furan dicarboxylic acid, b) a dicarboxylic acid component (B) which comprises at least one dicarboxylic acid, and c) an alcohol component (C) which comprises at least 1,4-butanediol, the hydroxyl number being > 0 to 50 mg KOH/g and the acid number being 0 to 2.5 mg KOH/g. The invention also relates to the use of the polyesters according to the invention in order to produce films, packaging, containers, foamed products, fibers, or composite materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polyester contenant a) un composant à base d'acide furane-dicarboxylique (A) qui comporte au moins un ester dialkylique d'un acide furane-dicarboxylique, b) un composant à base d'acide dicarboxylique (B) qui comporte au moins un acide dicarboxylique aliphatique, ou ses esters dialkyliques ou son anhydride, c) un composant à base d'alcool (C) qui comporte au moins du 1,4-butanediol, et d) un catalyseur (D), tous les composants du mélange réactionnel étant amenés à réagir ensemble. L'invention concerne également un polyester contenant a) un composant à base d'acide furane-dicarboxylique (A) qui comporte au moins un acide furane-dicarboxylique, b) un composant à base d'acide dicarboxylique (B) qui comporte au moins un acide dicarboxylique, c) un composant à base d'alcool (C) qui comporte au moins du 1,4-butanediol; l'indice d'hydroxyle allant de > 0 à 50 mg KOH/g et l'indice d'acide allant de 0 à 2,5 mg KOH/g. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation des polyesters selon l'invention pour produire des films, des emballages, des récipients, des produits expansés, des fibres ou des matériaux composites.
