Abstract

A transmission system (1) is arranged for transmitting power generated by an engine (2) of a vehicle. The transmission system (1) comprises a power take-off (3) for driving an implement and a hydrostatic unit (5) for transmitting power from the engine (2) to the power take-off (3). The hydrostatic unit (5) comprises: - a first hydraulic power unit (6) having a first connection line (19) and a second connection line (20); - a second hydraulic power unit (7) having a first connection line (21) and a second connection line (22);10 - a valve (23) for connecting the first hydraulic power unit (6) and the second hydraulic power unit (7), the valve (23) being positionable at least in a first position and in a second position. In the first position, the first connection line (19) and the second connection line (20) of the first hydraulic power unit (6) are connected respectively to the first connection line (21) and to the second connection line (22) of the second hydraulic power unit (7). In the second position, the first connection line (19) and the second connection line (20) of the first hydraulic power unit (6) are connected respectively to the second connection line (22) and to the first connection line (21) of the second hydraulic power unit (7). The valve (23) is controlled according to a cycle of hysteresis when required to switch between the first position and the second position at a preset value of engine speed (ω).

La présente invention concerne un système de transmission (1) qui est conçu pour transmettre la puissance produite par un moteur (2) d'un véhicule. Le système de transmission (1) comprend une prise de force (3) destinée à entraîner un outil, et une unité hydrostatique (5) destinée à transmettre la puissance du moteur (2) à la prise de force (3). L'unité hydrostatique (5) comprend : une première unité de puissance hydraulique (6) ayant une première ligne de raccordement (19) et une seconde ligne de raccordement (20) ; une seconde unité de puissance hydraulique (7) ayant une première ligne de raccordement (21) et une seconde ligne de raccordement (22) ; une vanne (23) destinée à raccorder la première unité de puissance hydraulique (6) et la seconde unité de puissance hydraulique (7), la vanne (23) pouvant être positionnée au moins dans une première position et dans une seconde position. Dans la première position, la première ligne de raccordement (19) et la seconde ligne de raccordement (20) de la première unité de puissance hydraulique (6) sont reliées respectivement à la première ligne de raccordement (21) et à la seconde ligne de raccordement (22) de la seconde unité de puissance hydraulique (7). Dans la seconde position, la première ligne de raccordement (19) et la seconde ligne de raccordement (20) de la première unité de puissance hydraulique (6) sont respectivement raccordées à la seconde ligne de raccordement (22) et à la première ligne de raccordement (21) de la seconde unité de puissance hydraulique (7). La vanne (23) est commandée en fonction d'un cycle d'hystérésis lorsqu'il est nécessaire de commuter entre la première position et la seconde position à une valeur prédéfinie de régime moteur (ω).
