Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Überprüfung der Silanisierung, welches eine inline Kontrolle der in situ Silanisierung von hellen Füllstoffen, insbesondere gefällten Kieselsäuren erlaubt. Dadurch wird eine kontinuierliche in situ Silanisierung bei der Herstellung von silanisierten hellen Füllstoffen enthaltenden Kautschukmischungen und eine repräsentative Kontrolle der Kautschukmischung unter Produktionsbedingungen ermöglicht. Das Verfahren arbeitet zudem zerstörungsfrei und weist eine hohe Toleranz für Ruß als zusätzlichem Bestandteil der Kautschukmischung auf.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for checking silanization, said method allowing an inline check of the in situ silanization of bright fillers, in particular precipitated silicic acids. Thus, a continuous in situ silanization in the production of rubber mixtures containing silanized bright fillers and a representative check of the rubber mixture of production conditions are enabled. The method is also non-destructive and has a high tolerance for carbon black as an additional constituent of the rubber mixture.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de vérification de la silanisation qui permet le contrôle en ligne de la silanisation in situ de matières de charge claires, en particulier d’acides siliciques précipités. Ledit procédé permet une silanisation in situ en continu lors de la fabrication de mélanges de caoutchouc contenant des matières de charge claires silanisées et un contrôle représentatif du mélange de caoutchouc dans des conditions de production. Ledit procédé peut en outre être mis en oeuvre de manière non destructive et présente une tolérance élevée pour le noir de carbone en tant que constituant supplémentaire du mélange de caoutchouc.
