(ZH) 一种高效合成双果糖酐III的方法
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a method for synthesizing a difructose anhydride III. The method comprises converting a sucrose to an inulin using an inulin invertase, and using an inulin fructotransferase to convert the inulin to synthesize the difructose anhydride III. The invention provides a conversion rate from the inulin to the difructose anhydride III of 40%-54%. To obtain a difructose anhydride III with higher purity, a yeast is used to remove a small monosaccharide from a reaction solution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un anhydride de difructose III. Le procédé consiste à convertir un saccharose en inuline au moyen d'une inuline invertase, et à utiliser une inuline fructotransférase pour convertir l'inuline et synthétiser l'anhydride de difructose III. L'invention offre un taux de conversion d'inuline en anhydride de difructose III de 40 % à 54 %. Afin d'obtenir un anhydride de difructose III avec une pureté supérieure, une levure est utilisée pour éliminer un petit monosaccharide d'une solution de réaction.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种合成双果糖酐III的方法,先使用菊糖蔗糖酶将蔗糖转化为菊糖,再使用菊糖果糖转移酶转化菊糖合成双果糖酐III。本发明的菊糖合成双果糖酐III的转化率为40%-54%。为了获得较纯的双果糖酐III,用酵母除去反应液中的小分子单糖。
