Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to nitrogen-containing light-emitting particles. The nitrogen-containing light-emitting particles are characterized by structurally comprising an oxygen-deficient region, a transition region and an oxygen-rich region in sequence from the core to the outer surface of the particles along with the progressive increase of the oxygen content. The oxygen-deficient region mainly comprises nitride light-emitting crystal or an oxygen-containing solid solution thereof, the transition region mainly comprises an oxynitride material, and the oxygen-rich region mainly comprises an oxide material or an oxynitride material. The nitride light-emitting crystal or the oxygen-containing solid solution thereof is Mm-m1Aa1Bb1Oo1Nn1:Rm1, the oxynitride material is Mm-m2Aa2Bb2Oo2Nn2:Rm2, and the oxide material or the oxynitride material is Mm-m3Aa3Bb3Oo3Nn3:Rm3. The nitrogen-containing light-emitting particles and the nitrogen-containing light-emitting body in the present invention have high chemical stability, excellent aging and light attenuation resistance performance, and high light emitting efficiency, and are applicable to various light emitting devices. The manufacturing method in the present invention is simple, convenient and reliable, and is suitable for industrial batch production and manufacturing.

Les particules électroluminescentes contenant de l'azote sont caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent structurellement une zone pauvre en oxygène, une zone de transition et une zone riche en oxygène dans cet ordre depuis le cœur jusqu'à la surface extérieure des particules avec l'augmentation progressive de la teneur en oxygène. La zone pauvre en oxygène comprend principalement un cristal électroluminescent de nitrure ou une solution solide associée contenant de l'oxygène, la zone de transition comprend principalement un matériau d'oxynitrure, et la zone riche en oxygène comprend principalement un matériau d'oxyde ou un matériau d'oxynitrure. Le cristal électroluminescent de nitrure ou la solution solide associée contenant de l'oxygène est le Mm-m1Aa1Bb1Oo1Nn1:Rm1, le matériau d'oxynitrure est le Mm-m2Aa2Bb2Oo2Nn2:Rm2, et le matériau d'oxyde ou le matériau d'oxynitrure est le Mm-m3Aa3Bb3Oo3Nn3:Rm3.
