Abstract:
(EN) The present utility model relates to a front cover for protecting a diaphragm of an earpiece. A circular through hole is provided at the center of the front cover. A series of trapezoidal through holes surrounding the circular through hole are provided at fixed intervals encircling the circular through hole. The total area of the circular through hole and the trapezoidal through holes accounts for 40% to 55% of the area of the front cover. By verifying the effect of different shapes and different hole areas on a frequency response curve, and by designing a front cover according to the curvature and shape of a diaphragm and adjusting the hole areas to optimize the frequency response curve of an earpiece, the earpiece front cover of the present utility model enables expansion of the effective frequency bandwidth of an earpiece, smoothing out of the high frequency curve, and reducing acoustic peaks and valleys.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un couvercle avant pour protéger une membrane d’un écouteur. Un trou traversant circulaire est disposé au centre du couvercle avant. Une série de trous traversants trapézoïdaux entourant le trou traversant circulaire sont disposés à des intervalles fixes encerclant le trou traversant circulaire. La surface totale du trou traversant circulaire et des trous traversants trapézoïdaux représente 40 % à 55 % de la surface du couvercle avant. En vérifiant l’effet de différentes formes et de différentes surfaces de trou sur une courbe de réponse de fréquence, et en concevant un couvercle avant selon la courbure et la forme d’une membrane et en ajustant les surfaces de trou pour optimiser la courbe de réponse de fréquence d’un écouteur, le couvercle avant d’écouteur de la présente invention permet une extension de la bande passante de fréquence effective d’un écouteur, lissant la courbe de fréquence élevée, et réduisant les crêtes et les creux acoustiques.
