Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abscheidung einer Schicht auf einem Gleitlagerelementrohling (6) aus der Gasphase in einem Prozessgas, nach dem die Schicht aus zumindest einem Target (9), das eine Metallkombination mit einem metallischen Basiselement umfasst oder daraus besteht, durch zumindest teilweises Zerstäuben des Targets (9) und anschließendes Niederschlagen der zerstäubten Targetbestandteile auf dem Gleitlagerelementrohling (6) hergestellt wird, wobei ein Target (9) verwendet wird, das zumindest einen kornfeinenden Bestandteil in Form eines Gases und/oder einer chemischen Verbindung dieses Gases aufweist und/oder dass ein Prozessgas verwendet wird, dem das kornfeinende Gas zugesetzt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for depositing a layer on a sliding bearing element blank (6) from the gas phase in a process gas, according to which the layer of at least one target (9), which comprises or consists of a metal combination with a metallic base element, is produced by at least partially atomizing the target (9) and subsequently depositing the atomized target components on the sliding bearing element blank (6). According to the invention, a target (9) is used, which has at least a fine-grain ingredient in the form of a gas and/or a chemical compound of said gas and/or wherein a process gas is used, to which the fine-grain gas is added.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de dépôt d'une couche sur une ébauche d'élément de palier lisse (6) depuis une phase gazeuse dans un gaz de processus, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à réaliser la couche à partir d'au moins une cible (9) qui comprend ou se compose d'une combinaison métallique comprenant un élément de base métallique, par pulvérisation au moins partielle de la cible (9) puis dépôt des constituants de cible pulvérisés sur l'ébauche d'élément de palier lisse (6), la cible (9) employée présentant au moins un constituant affineur du grain se présentant sous la forme d'un gaz et/ou d'un composé chimique de ce gaz, et/ou le gaz de processus employé recevant l'adjonction du gaz affineur de grain.
