Abstract
(EN) This fiber-reinforced composite member molding device 1 comprises: a pair of molding dies 2, 3 that sandwich a prepreg laminated body P, said prepreg laminated body P being obtained by laminating a plurality of prepregs in which long carbon fibers are impregnated with a resin and the result is formed into sheet shapes; an induction heating coil 8 that heats a thermoplastic resin of the prepregs via the pair of molding dies 2, 3; and a cooling passage 9 that cools the resin via the molding dies 2, 3 after the resin has melted, wherein respective design surfaces 61, 71 of the molding dies 2, 3, said design surfaces coming into contact with the prepreg laminated body P, are segmented into a plurality of regions, a plurality of cells 62 that open along the design surfaces 61, 71 on the back side of the design surfaces 61, 71 are formed in the molding dies 2, 3 in accordance with the plurality of regions, the induction heating coil 8 is positioned in the cells 62, and the cooling passage 9 is formed along the respective design surfaces 61, 71 of the molding dies 2, 3. Sufficient rigidity is ensured in the molding dies, and temperature distribution during heating and cooling is regularized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) de moulage d'élément composite renforcé par des fibres comprenant : une paire de matrices de moulage (2, 3) qui enserrent un corps stratifié de préimprégné P, ledit corps stratifié de préimprégné P étant obtenu par stratification d'une pluralité de préimprégnés dans lesquels de longues fibres de carbone sont imprégnées d'une résine et le résultat est transformé en formes de feuille; une bobine de chauffage par induction (8) qui chauffe une résine thermoplastique des préimprégnés par l'intermédiaire de la paire de matrices de moulage (2, 3); et un passage de refroidissement (9) qui refroidit la résine via les moules (2, 3) après que la résine a fondu, des surfaces de conception respectives (61, 71) des matrices de moulage (2, 3), lesdites surfaces de conception entrant en contact avec le corps stratifié de préimprégné P, sont segmentées en une pluralité de régions, plusieurs cellules (62) qui s'ouvrent le long des surfaces de conception (61, 71) sur le côté arrière des surfaces de conception (61, 71) sont formées dans les matrices de moulage (2, 3) en fonction de la pluralité de régions, la bobine de chauffage par induction (8) est positionnée dans les cellules (62), et le passage de refroidissement (9) est formé le long des surfaces de conception respectives (61, 71) des matrices de moulage (2, 3). Une rigidité suffisante est assurée dans les matrices de moulage, et la répartition de la température pendant le chauffage et le refroidissement est régularisée.
(JA) 繊維強化複合部材の成形装置1は、長炭素繊維に樹脂を含浸させてシート状に形成された複数枚のプリプレグを積層して成るプリプレグ積層体Pを挟み込む一対の成形金型2,3と、一対の成形金型2,3を介してプリプレグの熱可塑性樹脂を加熱する誘導加熱コイル8と、樹脂の溶融後に成形金型2,3を介して樹脂を冷却する冷却路9を備え、プリプレグ積層体Pと接する成形金型2,3の各意匠面61,71は複数の領域に区分けされ、成形金型2,3には各意匠面61,71の裏側で且つ意匠面61,71に沿って開口するセル62が複数の領域に応じて複数形成され、誘導加熱コイル8はセル62内に配置され、冷却路9は、成形金型2,3の各意匠面61,71に沿って形成されている。成形金型の十分な剛性が確保され、加熱冷却時の温度分布の均一化が実現する。
