Abstract
(EN) The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition. The PBAT resin composition comprises the following components: (a) poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthlate); and (b) iron; wherein the iron is provided at a weight content of 1 ppm to 500 ppm based on the total weight of the PBAT resin composition. By adding an iron-containing compound into the composition and controlling the iron content of the composition to be within a range of 1 ppm to 500 ppm, the present invention can slow a reaction speed of an aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under humid and hot conditions. The PBAT resin composition prepared according to the present invention exhibits a change in b value of less than 2 after being subjected to aging in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, indicating a markedly improved color stability resistance against aging in boiling water.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine PBAT. La composition de résine PBAT comprend les constituants suivants : (a) du poly(adipate de butylène-co-téréphtalate); et (b) du fer; le fer étant prévu dans une teneur en poids de 1 ppm à 500 ppm sur la base du poids total de la composition de résine PBAT. En ajoutant un composé contenant du fer dans la composition et en régulant la teneur en fer de la composition pour se situer à l'intérieur d'une plage de 1 ppm à 500 ppm, la présente invention peut ralentir une vitesse réactionnelle d'une structure aromatique dans la résine PBAT dans des conditions humides et chaudes. La composition de résine PBAT préparée selon la présente invention présente un changement de valeur b inférieur à 2 après avoir été soumise à maturation dans de l'eau bouillante durant 24 heures et 48 heures, indiquant une résistance de stabilité des couleurs considérablement améliorée contre la maturation dans l'eau bouillante.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种PBAT树脂组合物,包括组分:(a)聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯;(b)铁元素;其中,基于PBAT树脂组合物的总重量,铁元素的重量含量为1ppm-500ppm。本发明通过在组合物中添加含铁化合物,将组合物中铁元素的含量控制在1ppm-500ppm范围内,可以延缓PBAT树脂中的芳香结构在湿热条件下发生反应的速度,使制备得到的PBAT树脂组合物在沸水老化24小时和48小时后,b值变化小于2,具有明显改善的耐沸水老化颜色稳定性。
