Title (EN) PERCUTANEOUS ACCESS DEVICE
(FR) DISPOSITIF D'ACCÈS PERCUTANÉ
Abstract:
(EN) Medical devices and methods for using medical devices are disclosed. An access device for accessing a target site comprises a tubular member having a proximal portion and a distal portion. The access device may also include a balloon coupled to the tubular member, the balloon extending between the tubular member proximal portion and the tubular member distal portion. The access device may also include a stylet moveable with respect to the tubular member, wherein the stylet is configured to pierce through the skin of a patient.
