Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed here are methods for tissue sterilization involving producing sonic energy from one or more sonic energy sources located at least partially within a pressurized chamber; and contacting a biological tissue positioned in the pressurized chamber with a supercritical fluid for a first time period effective to sterilize the biological tissue, where the contacting occurs exclusively at a temperature and pressure at or above the critical point of the supercritical fluid.
(FR) L’invention concerne des procédés de stérilisation tissulaire impliquant la production d’une énergie sonique provenant d’une ou de plusieurs sources d’énergie sonique situées au moins partiellement à l’intérieur d’une chambre sous pression ; et la mise en contact d’un tissu biologique positionné dans la chambre sous pression avec un fluide supercritique pendant un premier laps de temps efficace pour stériliser le tissu biologique, où la mise en contact se produit exclusivement à une température et à une pression égales ou supérieures au point critique du fluide supercritique.
