Abstract:
(EN) The present description relates to method of initiating the curing of carboxylic acid-treated material compositions to enable an initial lowering of the viscosity and stiffness of the material for low temperature wetting and coating of solid surfaces, for paving, for waterproofing, for roofing, and for underlayment applications. The present description relates to ecologically sound, non-toxic technology that enables a practitioner to improve the low-temperature cracking properties of a material or material composition while also inducing a rapid increase in the high- temperature stiffness and viscosity of the material or material composition, and to rapid cure and strength development of finished product composition for application in paving, roofing, adhesive interlayer bonding, roll finishing, blow-molding, water-proofing, and underlayment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'amorçage de durcissement de compositions de matériau traité par un acide carboxylique pour permettre un abaissement initial de la viscosité et de la rigidité dudit matériau pour un mouillage à basse température et un revêtement de surfaces solides, destiné au pavage, l'imperméabilisation, la couverture de toiture et aux applications de sous-couche. La présente invention concerne une technologie non toxique, solide en matière écologique qui permet à un praticien d'améliorer les propriétés de fissuration à basse température d'un matériau ou d'une composition de matériau tout en provoquant une augmentation rapide de la rigidité à haute température et de la viscosité du matériau ou de la composition de matériau, et un durcissement rapide et un développement de la résistance de la composition de produit fini pour une application de pavage, de couverture de toitures, de liaison d'intercouche adhésive, de finition de laminage, de moulage par soufflage, d'imperméabilisation, et de sous-couche.
