Abstract:
(EN) A high frequency electrical heating system is provided for heating electrically conductive parts as they are advanced, either for annealing or welding processes, and in which the electrical heating current is supplied by a solid state inverter through a load matching and frequency control apparatus that maintains the desired load current and frequency with changes in the load impedance caused by the electrically conductive parts as they are advanced. Highly regulated load matching is achieved with high frequency variable reactors that can have a geometrically-shaped moveable insert core section and a stationary split-bus section with a complementary geometrically-shaped split-bus section and a split electric terminal bus section where the insert core section can be moved relative to the stationary split-bus section to vary the inductance of the reactor pair.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système de chauffage électrique haute fréquence pour chauffer des pièces électroconductrices à mesure qu'elles sont présentées, pour des processus de recuit ou de soudage, et selon lequel le courant de chauffage électrique est fourni par un onduleur à semi-conducteurs par l'intermédiaire d'un appareil d'adaptation de charge et de commande de fréquence qui maintient le courant et la fréquence de charge souhaités malgré des variations de l'impédance de charge provoquées par les pièces électroconductrices à mesure qu'elles sont présentées. Une adaptation de charge fortement régulée est réalisée avec des réactances variables haute fréquence qui peuvent comporter une partie noyau inséré mobile géométriquement façonnée et une partie bus divisé fixe comportant une section de bus divisé de forme géométrique complémentaire et une section de bus de borne électrique divisée, la partie noyau inséré pouvant être déplacée par rapport à la partie bus divisé fixe pour faire varier l'inductance de la paire de réactances.
