Abstract:
(EN) A system and method are disclosed. The system includes an assembly comprising a base, and a coating disposed on the base, wherein the coating has a density greater than 98 percent of a theoretical density of the coating, and a dilution less than 0.5 volume % of the coating. In an embodiment, the assembly includes a shaft and a journal bearing coupled to the shaft, wherein at least one of the shaft and the journal bearing comprises the base. In another embodiment, the assembly comprises a valve coupled to the valve seat, wherein at least one of the valve and the valve seat comprises the base, and the base comprises a plurality of dimples, the coating being disposed on each of at least some dimples. A method is further disclosed, comprising disposing a coating on a base of the assembly using a friction surface process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé. Le système comprend un ensemble comprenant une base, et un revêtement disposé sur la base, le revêtement ayant une densité supérieure à 98 % d'une densité théorique du revêtement, et une dilution inférieure à 0,5 % en volume du revêtement. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'ensemble comprend un arbre et un palier lisse accouplé à l'arbre, l'arbre et/ou le palier lisse comprenant la base. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'ensemble comprend un clapet accouplé au siège de clapet, le clapet et/ou le siège de clapet comprenant la base, et la base comprenant une pluralité d'alvéoles, le revêtement étant disposé sur chacune d'au moins certaines alvéoles. La présente invention concerne aussi un procédé consistant à disposer un revêtement sur une base de l'ensemble à l'aide d'un processus de surfaçage par friction.
