Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments are generally directed to identification of objects for three-dimensional depth imaging. An embodiment of an apparatus includes one or more processors to process image data and control operation of the apparatus; an image sensor to collect image data; and a receiver and transmitter for communication of data, wherein the apparatus is to receive a notification of a first device entering a physical space, transmit a request to the device for a light signal to identify the device, detect the light signal from the device, determine a location of the device, and store an identification for the first device and the determined location of the first device in a database.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de l’invention concernent de manière générale une identification d’objets pour une imagerie de profondeur tridimensionnelle. Un mode de réalisation d’un appareil comprend un ou plusieurs processeurs pour traiter des données d’image et commander le fonctionnement de l’appareil ; un capteur d’image pour connecter des données d’image ; et un récepteur et un émetteur pour une communication de données, l’appareil étant configuré pour recevoir une notification d’un premier dispositif entrant dans un espace physique, transmettre une requête au dispositif pour un signal lumineux afin d’identifier le dispositif, détecter le signal lumineux en provenance du dispositif, déterminer un emplacement du dispositif, et stocker une identification pour le premier dispositif et l’emplacement déterminé du premier dispositif dans une base de données.
