Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a gasket for an MCFC, the gasket being in direct contact with a molten carbonate electrolyte and configuring a wet seal part of a stack in a manifold sealing part of an external manifold type MCFC stack, wherein the gasket has a structure in which at least two partial gaskets separated in a stacking direction are connected, and a blocking layer is intercalated therebetween for physically blocking the movement of the molten carbonate electrolyte, and the blocking layer is a thick film layer or green sheet layer composed of the same oxide powder as the partial gaskets and is manufactured by simultaneously sintering a partial oxide felt assembly and the blocking layer in a gasket sintering process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un joint pour pile à combustible à carbonate fondu (MCFC), le joint étant en contact direct avec un électrolyte à carbonate fondu et configurant une partie étanche à l'humidité d'un empilement dans une partie d'étanchéité de collecteur d'un empilement MCFC du type à collecteur externe, le joint présentant une structure dans laquelle au moins deux joints partiels séparés dans une direction d'empilement sont reliés, et une couche de blocage est intercalée entre eux en vue d'empêcher physiquement le déplacement de l'électrolyte à carbonate fondu, et la couche de blocage étant une couche épaisse ou une couche de feuille crue composée de la même poudre d'oxyde que les joints partiels et étant fabriquée par frittage simultané d'un ensemble feutre oxyde partiel et de la couche de blocage dans un processus de frittage de joint.
(KO) 본 발명은 외부매니폴드형 MCFC 스택의 매니폴드 밀봉부에서 스택의 웻트 실(wet seal)부를 구성하는 용융탄산염 전해질과 직접 접촉하는 MCFC용 가스켓으로서, 상기 가스켓은 스택 적층방향으로 분리된 2 이상의 부분 가스켓이 연결되되 상기 부분 가스켓과 사이에 용융탄산염 전해질의 이동을 물리적으로 차단하는 차단층(blocking layer)이 형성된 구조를 가지며, 상기 차단층은 부분 가스켓의 재질과 동일한 산화물 분말로 구성된 후막층 혹은 그린시트 층이며 가스켓 소결과정에서 부분 산화물 펠트 접합체와 상기 차단층을 함께 동시 소결하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
