Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a plated steel sheet having a fine and even plating structure, the plated steel sheet comprising a Zn plating layer formed on the steel sheet by hot-dipping, then contact-type pressure cooling, wherein the Zn-based plating layer comprises a Zn single-phase texture having an average particle size of 5 micrometers or less, wherein the Zn single-phase distribution B/A satisfies a condition of being 0.5-1.0, and thus the Zn single-phase is formed having an even distribution with respect to the thickness direction of the plating layer; and, in order to manufacture the plated steel sheet, a plated steel sheet manufacturing method comprising the step of cooling the steel sheet by applying cold air to the steel sheet by means of a coolant making contact with the plating layer.
(FR) Cette invention concerne : une tôle d'acier métallisée présentant une structure de métallisation fine et régulière, la tôle d'acier métallisée comprenant une couche de zingage formée sur la tôle d'acier par immersion à chaud, puis par refroidissement par pression du type à contact, la couche de zingage comprenant une texture de Zn monophasée présentant une taille moyenne des particules inférieure ou égale à 5 micromètres, la distribution de Zn monophasée B/A satisfaisant la condition d'être dans la plage de 0,5 à 1,0, et ainsi la phase unique de Zn est formée qui présente une distribution uniforme par rapport au sens de l'épaisseur de la couche de métallisation. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de tôle d'acier métallisée pour fabriquer la tôle d'acier métallisée, comprenant l'étape de refroidissement de la tôle d'acier par l'application d'air froid à la tôle d'acier au moyen d'un liquide de refroidissement entrant en contact avec la couche de métallisation.
(KO) 강판 상에 용융도금 후 접촉식 가압냉각으로 형성된 Zn 도금층을 포함하고, Zn계 도금층은 평균 입도 5 마이크로미터 이하인 Zn 단상 조직을 포함하며, Zn 단상 분포도가 B/A가 0.5 내지 1.0의 조건을 만족하여, 도금층 두께 방향에 대해 Zn 단상이 균일한 분포로 형성된 미세하고 균일한 도금조직을 갖는 도금강판 및 그러한 도금강판을 제조하기 위해 도금층에 접촉하는 냉각체로 강판에 냉기를 가하여 강판을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 도금강판 제조방법을 제공한다.
