Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are stainless steel for a polymer fuel cell separation plate having improved hydrophilicity and contact resistance and a method for manufacturing the same. Stainless steel for a polymer fuel cell separation plate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, by weight, 0% (exclusive) to 0.02% of C, 0% (exclusive) to 0.02% of N, 0% (exclusive) to 0.25% of Si, 0% (exclusive) to 0.2% of Mn, 0% (exclusive) to 0.04% of P, 0% (exclusive) to 0.02% of S, 20% to 34% of Cr, 0% (exclusive) to 0.6% of V, 0% (exclusive) to 0.5% of Ti, 0% (exclusive) to 0.5% of Nb, and the balanced amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, and has a plurality of patterns formed on the surface thereof in an inclined direction with respect to a rolling lengthwise direction, each of the patterns being repeated in the rolling lengthwise direction.
(FR) L’invention concerne un acier inoxydable pour une plaque de séparation de pile à combustible à polymère ayant un caractère hydrophile et une résistance de contact améliorés et un son procédé de fabrication. L’acier inoxydable pour une plaque de séparation de pile à combustible à polymère selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend, en poids, 0 % (exclu) à 0,02 % de C, 0 % (exclu) à 0,02 % de N, 0 % (exclu) à 0,25 % de Si, 0 % (exclu) à 0,2 % de Mn, 0 % (exclu) à 0,04 % de P, 0 % (exclu) à 0,02 % de S, 20 % à 34 % de Cr, 0 % (exclu) à 0,6 % de V, 0 % (exclu) à 0,5 % de Ti, 0 % (exclu) à 0,5 % de Nb et le reste de Fe et d’impuretés inévitables et a une pluralité de motifs formés sur sa surface dans une direction inclinée par rapport à la direction longitudinale de laminage, chacun des motifs étant répété dans la direction longitudinale de laminage.
(KO) 친수성 및 접촉저항이 향상된 고분자 연료전지 분리판용 스테인리스강 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고분자 연료전지 분리판용 스테인리스강은, 중량%로, C: 0초과 내지 0.02%, N: 0초과 내지 0.02%, Si: 0초과 내지 0.25%, Mn: 0초과 내지 0.2%, P:0초과 내지 0.04%, S: 0초과 내지 0.02%, Cr: 20 내지 34%, V: 0초과 내지 0.6%, Ti: 0초과 내지 0.5%, Nb: 0초과 내지 0.5%이고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 상기 스테인리스강의 표면에 압연 길이 방향에 대하여 경사진 방향으로 복수의 패턴들이 형성되며, 각각의 상기 패턴들은 상기 압연 길이 방향으로 서로 반복된다.
