Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a color ink composition for printed steel plates, the color ink composition having excellent adhesiveness, processability, and solvent resistance and the like with respect to steel plates; a method for manufacturing a printed steel plate using the color ink composition; and a printed steel plate manufactured according to the method. Specifically, the present invention relates to a color ink composition for steel material, the color ink composition comprising: 10 to 30 parts by weight of a mixture of a urethane acrylate oligomer and a different acrylate oligomer other than the urethane acrylate oligomer; 50 to 80 parts by weight of a photocurable monomer, which is a mixture of a monofunctional photocurable monomer and a difunctional or higher photocurable monomer; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a photoinitiator; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a pigment; and, in terms of dispersant solid content per 100 parts by weight of the pigment, 3 to 300 parts by weight of the dispersant, wherein the urethane acrylate oligomer and the different acrylate oligomer are mixed in a 1:1 to 10:1 weight ratio, and the monofunctional photocurable monomer and the difunctional or higher photocurable monomer are mixed in a 5:1 to 100:1 weight ratio. Moreover, the present invention specifically relates to a method for manufacturing a printed steel plate, the method comprising: a step for jetting, onto a steel plate, a color ink composition for steel plates; and a step for curing to form a print layer. Furthermore, the present invention specifically relates to a printed steel plate comprising: a steel plate; and a print layer formed on the steel plate using the color ink composition for steel plates according to the present invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition d’encre colorée pour plaques imprimées en acier, la composition d’encre colorée présentant une excellente adhésivité, une excellente aptitude à la transformation, et une excellente résistance au solvant et similaires vis-à-vis des plaques en acier, un procédé de fabrication d’une plaque imprimée en acier l’utilisant, et une plaque imprimée en acier fabriquée selon le procédé. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne une composition d’encre colorée pour matériaux en acier, la composition d’encre colorée comprenant : de 10 à 30 parties en poids d’un mélange d’un oligomère d’acrylate d’uréthane et d’un oligomère d’acrylate différent autre que l’oligomère d’acrylate d’uréthane ; de 50 à 80 parties en poids d’un monomère photodurcissable, qui est un mélange d’un monomère photodurcissable monofonctionnel et d’un monomère photodurcissable bifonctionnel ou supérieur ; de 5 à 20 parties en poids d’un photoinitiateur ; de 0,1 à 10 parties en poids d’un pigment ; et, en termes de teneur d’agent dispersant solide pour 100 parties en poids du pigment, de 3 à 300 parties en poids de l’agent dispersant, où l’oligomère acrylate d’uréthane et l’oligomère acrylate différent sont mélangés sous un rapport en poids de 1:1 à 10:1, et le monomère photodurcissable monofonctionnel et le monomère photodurcissable bifonctionnel ou supérieur sont mélangés sous un rapport en poids de 5:1 à 100:1. En outre, la présente invention concerne plus précisément un procédé de fabrication d’une plaque imprimée en acier, le procédé comprenant : une étape de jet sur une plaque en acier, d’une composition d’encre colorée pour plaques en acier ; et une étape de durcissement pour former une couche d’impression. En outre, la présente invention concerne plus précisément une plaque imprimée en acier comprenant une plaque en acier ; et une couche imprimée formée sur la plaque en acier utilisant la composition d’encre colorée pour plaques en acier selon la présente invention.
(KO) 본 발명은 강판에 대한 밀착성, 가공성, 내용제성 등이 우수한, 프린트 강판용 칼라 잉크 조성물, 이를 이용한 프린트 강판 제조 방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 프린트 강판에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머와 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 이외의 이종 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 혼합물 10 중량부 내지 30 중량부; 1관능기 광경화형 모노머와 2관능기 이상의 광경화형 모노머의 혼합물인 광경화형 모노머 50 중량부 내지 80 중량부; 광 개시제 5 중량부 내지 20 중량부; 안료 0.1 중량부 내지 10 중량부; 및 안료 100 중량부당 분산제 고형분 함량으로, 분산제 3 내지 300 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머와 이종 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 1:1 내지 10:1 중량비로 그리고, 상기 1관능기 광경화형 모노머와 2관능기 이상의 광경화형 모노머는 5:1 내지 100:1중량비로 혼합되는 철강 소재용 칼라 잉크 조성물, 강판에 본 발명의 강판용 칼라 잉크 조성물을 젯팅하는 단계; 및 경화하여 프린트층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 프린트 강판의 제조방법, 그리고, 강판; 및 강판에 본 발명의 강판용 칼라 잉크 조성물로 형성된 프린트층을 포함하는 프린트 강판에 관한 것이다.
