Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is austenitic stainless steel having improved processability. The disclosed austenitic stainless steel comprises, in wt%, silicon (Si): 0.1-0.65%, manganese (Mn): 0.2-3.0%, nickel (Ni): 6.5-10.0%, chromium (Cr): 16.5-20.0%, copper (Cu): 6.0% or less(excluding 0), carbon (C) + nitrogen (N): 0.08% or less (excluding 0), and a remainder made up by Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the work hardening speed is 1,500 MPa or less in a true strain range of 0.15-0.4. Thus, in processing a sink bowl, etc. by using austenitic stainless steel having the true strain and work hardening speed controlled therefor, the occurrence of a delayed fracture after molding may be prevented, even for edge sections which have a great amount of processing applied thereto.
(FR) L’invention concerne un acier inoxydable austénitique ayant une aptitude à la transformation améliorée. L’acier inoxydable austénitique selon l’invention comprend, en pourcentage en poids, 0,1 à 0,65 % de silicium (Si), 0,2 à 3,0 % de manganèse (Mn), 6,5 à 10,0 % de nickel (Ni), 16,5 à 20,0 % de chrome (Cr), 6,0 % ou moins (0 étant exclu) de cuivre (Cu), 0,08 % ou moins (0 étant exclu) de carbone (C) + azote (N) et le reste de Fe et d’impuretés inévitables, la vitesse d’écrouissage étant inférieure ou égale à 1500 MPa dans une plage d’allongement réel de 0,15 à 0,4. Ainsi, lors de la formation d'un évier, etc. à l'aide de l'acier inoxydable austénitique ayant l’allongement réel et la vitesse d’écrouissage réglée s’y rapportant, l’apparition d’une fracture retardée après moulage peut être évitée, même pour des sections de bord sur lesquelles un plus grand degré de transformation est appliqué.
(KO) 가공성이 향상된 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강이 개시된다. 개시된 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강은, 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 0.1 내지 0.65%, 망간(Mn): 0.2 내지 3.0%, 니켈(Ni): 6.5 내지 10.0%, 크롬(Cr): 16.5 내지 20.0%, 구리(Cu): 6.0%이하(0은 제외), 탄소(C)+질소(N): 0.08% 이하(0은 제외), 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 진변형률 0.15 내지 0.4 범위에서 가공경화속도가 1,500 MPa 이하이다. 따라서, 진변형률과 가공경화속도가 제어된 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강을 이용하여 싱크 보울 등으로 가공함에 있어서, 가공량이 많은 모서리 부분에서도 성형 후에 지연파괴의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
