Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a microtube connecting module comprising: an insertion member having a connecting hole formed therein, microtubes of various diameters inserted through the connecting hole, and a contacting protrusion integrally formed therewith for covering microtubes inserted in an inner side surface forming the connecting hole; a connecting module main body having a plurality of correspondingly formed branching tubes in which an insertion groove, in which the insertion member is inserted, is formed, and having a connecting passage, for communicating the plurality of branching tubes with each other, formed therein; and a fixing member having a through hole formed therein through which one end of the insertion member protrudes, and fixed to the branching tubes in order to fix the insertion member inserted into the branching tubes. Accordingly, microtubes of respectively different diameters can be simply connected by using the connecting module main body, microtubes inserted by the contacting protrusion of the connecting module main body can be firmly fixed, and the sealing force between the connecting module main body and the insertion member in which the microtubes are inserted can be increased by means of an o-ring provided on the insertion member.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de liaison de microtubes comprenant : un élément d'introduction comportant un trou de liaison formé dans celui-ci, des microtubes de divers diamètres introduits dans le trou de liaison, et une saillie d'entrée en contact formée d'un seul tenant avec celui-ci pour recouvrir des microtubes introduits dans une surface latérale intérieure formant le trou de liaison ; un corps principal de module de liaison comportant une pluralité de tubes de bifurcation de forme correspondante dans lesquels une rainure d'introduction, dans laquelle l'élément d'introduction est introduit, est formée, et possédant un passage de liaison, pour faire communiquer la pluralité de tubes de bifurcation les uns aux autres, formés dans celui-ci ; et un élément de fixation possédant un trou traversant formé dans celui-ci dans lequel une extrémité de l'élément d'introduction fait saillie, et fixé aux tubes de bifurcation afin de fixer l'élément d'introduction introduit dans les tubes de bifurcation. En conséquence, des microtubes de diamètres respectivement différents peuvent être simplement reliés à l'aide du corps principal de module de liaison, des microtubes introduits par la saillie d'entrée en contact du corps principal de module de liaison peuvent être fermement fixés, et la force d'étanchéité entre le corps principal de module de liaison et l'élément d'introduction dans lesquels sont introduits les microtubes peut être augmentée au moyen d'un joint torique situé sur l'élément d'introduction.
(KO) 본 발명은 내부에는 연결홀이 형성되고, 상기 연결홀을 통해 다양한 직경의 마이크로 튜브가 삽입되며, 상기 연결홀을 이루는 내측면에 삽입된 상기 마이크로 튜브를 감싸는 밀착돌기가 일체로 형성되는 삽입부재; 상기 삽입부재가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성된 복수개의 분기관이 대응되게 형성되고, 내부에는 상기 복수개의 분기관을 서로 연통시키는 연결유로가 형성되는 연결모듈 본체; 및 상기 삽입부재의 일단이 돌출되는 관통홀이 형성되며, 상기 분기관에 삽입된 상기 삽입부재를 고정하도록 상기 분기관에 체결되는 고정부재를 포함하는 마이크로 튜브 연결 모듈을 제공한다. 따라서, 직경이 서로 다른 마이크로 튜브를 연결모듈 본체를 이용하여 간편하게 연결할 수 있고, 연결모듈 본체의 밀착돌기에 의해 삽입된 마이크로 튜브를 견고하게 고정할 수 있으며, 삽입부재에 구비되는 오링에 의해 연결모듈 본체와 마이크로 튜브가 삽입되는 삽입부재의 밀폐력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
