Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a hot-dip zinc plated steel material and a method for preparing same, the hot-dip zinc plated steel material comprising: base iron comprising 0.01-1.6 wt% of Si and 1.2-3.1 wt% of Mn; a Zn-Al-Mg alloy plating layer; and an Al-rich layer formed on the interface of the base iron and Zn-Al-Mg alloy plating layer, wherein the rate of the occupied surface area of the Al-rich layer is 70% or higher (including 100%).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau en acier zingué par immersion à chaud et son procédé de préparation, ledit matériau en acier zingué par immersion à chaud comprenant : du fer de base comprenant de 0,01 à 1,6 % en poids de Si et de 1,2 à 3,1 % en poids de Mn ; une couche de placage d'alliage Zn-Al-Mg ; et une couche riche en Al formée à l'interface du fer de base et de la couche de placage d'alliage Zn-Al-Mg, la proportion de la surface occupée par la couche riche en Al étant d'au moins 70 % (y compris 100 %).
(KO) Si: 0.01~1.6중량% 및 Mn: 1.2~3.1중량%를 포함하는 소지철, Zn-Al-Mg계 합금 도금층, 및 상기 소지철 및 상기 Zn-Al-Mg계 합금 도금층 계면에 형성된 Al 농화층을 포함하고, 상기 Al 농화층의 점유 면적율은 70% 이상(100% 포함)인 용융 아연계 도금 강재와 이를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다.
