Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and a hot dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent ductility, hole expansion and surface treatment properties, and a method for manufacturing the same. The cold-rolled steel sheet of the present invention comprises in % by weight: 0.05 to 0.3% of carbon (C); 0.6 to 2.5% of silicon (Si); 0.01 to 0.5% of aluminum (Al); 1.5 to 3.0% of manganese (Mn); and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the steel microstructure contains, in an area fraction, ferrite of 60% or less, acicular bainite of 25% or more, martensite of 5% or more, and acicular retained austenite of 5%, wherein the ferrite has an average diameter of 2 ㎛ or less and the ferrite satisfies that Fn2 defined by relational expression 1 is 89% or more and Fa5 defined by relational expression 2 is 70% or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à froid à haute résistance présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de ductilité, de formation de trous et de traitement de surface, une tôle d'acier galvanisé dans un bain fondu, et son procédé de fabrication. La tôle d'acier laminée à froid selon la présente invention comprend en % en poids : de 0,05 à 0,3 % de carbone (C); de 0,6 à 2,5 % de silicium (Si); de 0,01 et 0,5 % d'aluminium (Al); de 1,5 à 3,0 % de manganèse (Mn); et le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables, la microstructure de l'acier contenant, dans une fraction de surface, au plus 60 % de ferrite, au moins 25 % de bainite aciculaire, au moins 5 % de martensite, et 5 % d'austénite conservée aciculaire, la ferrite ayant un diamètre moyen inférieur ou égal à 2 µm et la ferrite satisfaisant à Fn2 définie par l'expression relationnelle 1 représentant au moins 89 % et à Fa5 définie par l'expression relationnelle 2 représentant au plus 70 %.
