Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises: a water-treatment raw material preparation step of preparing a limestone raw material; a sintering step of heating and sintering the prepared limestone raw material at a high temperature such that a part thereof is converted into a quicklime component; and a cooling step of cooling a sintered article sintered in the sintering step. The present invention comprises, in a prefabricated unit wall connected vertically and horizontally so as to form an exterior wall: a plate-shaped exterior finishing board provided so as to be exposed to the air; exterior frame assemblies, which are members coupled in the lengthwise direction in a frame shape on the interior side of the exterior finishing board, wherein one end of a side portion thereof is formed as a protrusion or a groove; interior frame assemblies forming the same shape as the exterior frame assemblies, and provided to be spaced at predetermined intervals while facing each other; middle frame assemblies, which are members forming a rectangular shape by allowing four boards to be coupled thereto, wherein one end of each board has a protrusion part so as to be insertedly coupled to one end of the side portion of the exterior frame assemblies and the other end thereof has an insertion part of a protrusion or groove shape; an insulator insertedly provided at the interior surface of the middle frame assemblies; a plurality of connectors of which both end portions are formed as connector coupling parts of protrusion shapes, such that one end thereof is insertedly coupled to the insertion part of the middle frame assemblies and the other end thereof is insertedly coupled to the one end of the side portion of the interior frame assemblies; a plate-shaped interior finishing board coupled to the exterior surface of the interior frame assemblies; and a tie member fixed while penetrating one surface of the interior frame assemblies, and of which an end portion is insertedly fixed to the interior of the insulator, wherein a filling material is filled between the insulator and the interior frame assemblies.
(FR) La présente invention comprend : une étape de préparation de matière première de traitement d'eau consistant à préparer une matière première calcaire ; une étape de frittage consistant à chauffer et à fritter la matière première calcaire préparée à une température élevée de sorte qu'une partie de celle-ci soit convertie en un composant de chaux vive ; et une étape de refroidissement consistant à refroidir un article fritté, fritté lors de l'étape de frittage. La présente invention comprend, dans un mur d'unité préfabriquée relié verticalement et horizontalement de façon à former un mur extérieur : un panneau de finition extérieure en forme de plaque disposé de façon à être exposé à l'air ; des ensembles de cadre externe, qui sont des éléments couplés en longueur dans une forme de cadre sur le côté intérieur du panneau de finition extérieure et dont une extrémité de partie latérale est en forme de saillie ou de rainure ; des ensembles de cadre interne de forme identique à celle des ensembles de cadre externe et disposés de sorte à être espacés à des intervalles prédéfinis tout en se faisant face ; des ensembles de cadre intermédiaire, qui sont des éléments formant ensemble une forme rectangulaire lorsque quatre planches y sont couplées, une extrémité de chaque planche présentant une partie saillante qui lui permet d'être couplée par insertion à une extrémité de partie latérale des ensembles de cadre externe et une autre extrémité dotée d'une partie d'insertion en saillie ou en rainure ; un isolant inséré au niveau de la surface intérieure des ensembles de cadre intermédiaire ; une pluralité de connecteurs dont les deux parties d'extrémité sont formées en tant qu'éléments de couplage de connecteur saillants, de telle sorte qu'une extrémité soit couplée par insertion à la partie d'insertion des ensembles de cadre intermédiaire et que l'autre extrémité soit couplée par insertion à une extrémité de partie latérale des ensembles de cadre interne ; un panneau de finition intérieure en forme de plaque couplé à la surface extérieure des ensembles de cadre interne ; et un élément d'attache fixé par pénétration dans une surface des ensembles de cadre interne et dont une partie d'extrémité est fixée par insertion à l'intérieur de l'isolant, un matériau de remplissage étant introduit entre l'isolant et les ensembles de cadre interne.
(KO) 본 발명은 석회석 원재료를 마련하는 수처리용 원재료 마련 단계; 상기 마련된 석회석 원재료를 고온에서 가열하여 소성하여 일부가 생석회 성분으로 전환되도록 하는 소성 단계; 및 상기 소성 단계에서 소성된 소성품을 냉각시키는 냉각 단계;를 포함하는 본 발명은 상하좌우로 연결되어 외벽을 형성하는 조립식 단위벽체에서, 외기(外氣)에 접하도록 설치되는 판 상의 외장마감판; 상기 외장마감판 내측에서 액자형태로 장방향을 이루며 결합되는 부재로, 측부 일단이 돌기 또는 홈 형태로 구성되는 외부프레임결합체; 상기 외부프레임결합체와 동일한 형태를 이루고, 일정 간격 마주보며 이격된 채 설치되는 내부프레임결합체; 4개의 판이 결합되어 장방형을 이루는 부재로, 각각의 판의 일단은 상기 외부프레임결합체의 측부 일단에 끼움결합되도록 돌출부가 형성되고, 타단은 돌기 또는 홈 형태에 의한 끼움부가 형성된 중간프레임결합체; 상기 중간프레임결합체 내면에 삽입 설치되는 단열재; 양단부가 돌기 형태에 의한 커넥터결합부로 형성되어 일단이 상기 중간프레임결합체의 끼움부에 끼움 결합되고 타단이 상기 내부프레임결합체의 측부 일단에 끼움 결합되는 다수 개의 커넥터; 상기 내부프레임결합체 외면에 결합되는 판 상의 내부마감판; 및, 상기 내부프레임결합체의 일면을 관통한 채 고정되고, 단부가 상기 단열재 내부에 삽입 고정되는 타이부재;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 단열재와 상기 내부프레임결합체 사이에 채움재가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
