Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an air conditioner and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the air conditioner comprises: an outdoor heat exchanger and indoor heat exchanger including a plurality of refrigerant pipes and one or more connection pipes for connecting the refrigerant pipes to each other; welding holes formed through the plurality of connection pipes; and a welding ring installed on the welding hole, wherein a part of the refrigerant pipe is inserted into the connection pipe through the distal end of the connection pipe, the welding hole is disposed between the distal end of the refrigerant pipe and the distal end of the connection pipe, and the refrigerant pipe and the connection pipe are joined together through heating thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un climatiseur et son procédé de fabrication, lequel climatiseur comprend : un échangeur de chaleur extérieur et un échangeur de chaleur intérieur comprenant une pluralité de tuyaux de réfrigérant et un ou plusieurs tuyaux de liaison pour relier les tuyaux de réfrigérant entre eux ; des trous de soudage formés à travers la pluralité de tuyaux de liaison ; et une bague de soudage installée sur le trou de soudage, une partie du tuyau de réfrigérant étant insérée dans le tuyau de liaison par l'intermédiaire de l'extrémité distale du tuyau de liaison, le trou de soudage étant disposé entre l'extrémité distale du tuyau de réfrigérant et l'extrémité distale du tuyau de liaison, et le tuyau de réfrigérant et le tuyau de liaison étant réunis entre eux par chauffage de ces derniers.
(KO) 본 발명은 복수개의 냉매관과 상기 냉매관들을 연결하는 하나 이상의 연결관을 포함하는 실내 열교환기 및 실외 열교환기, 상기 다수개의 연결관에 타공되어 구비되는 용접홀, 상기 용접홀 위에 설치되는 용접링 및 상기 냉매관의 일부는 상기 연결관 끝단을 통해서 상기 연결관의 내부로 삽입되고, 상기 용접홀은 상기 냉매관의 끝단과 상기 연결관의 끝단 사이에 위치하며, 가열을 통해 상기 냉매관과 상기 연결관이 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
