Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet with excellent bending workability and a production method therefor, the high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet with excellent bending workability comprising in percentage by weight: C: 0.05-0.15%; Si: 0.01-1.0%; Mn: 0.5-2.5%; P: 0.06% or less; S: 0.01% or less; Al: 0.01-0.4%; Cr: 0.1-1.0%; N: 0.001-0.006%; 0.01-0.1% in total of at least one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of Ti, Nb, V, and Zr and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the microstructure of the steel sheet has a composite structure containing 50% to 90% of ferrite and 10% to less than 50% in total of martensite and bainite by a volume fraction, and satisfies following relational expression 1, which means a difference in a relative height change between ferrite and a hard phase after 10% uniaxial tensile deformation of a plate. (FR) L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud de haute résistance présentant une excellente aptitude au cintrage et son procédé de production, la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud de haute résistance présentant une excellente aptitude au cintrage comprenant, en pourcentages en poids : C : de 0,05 à 0,15 % ; Si : de 0,01 à 1,0 % ; Mn : de 0,5 à 2,5 % ; P : une quantité inférieure ou égale à 0,06 % ; S : une quantité inférieure ou égale à 0,01 % ; Al : de 0,01 à 0,4 % ; Cr : de 0,1 à 1,0 % ; N : de 0,001 à 0,006 % ; de 0,01 à 0,1 % au total d'au moins un ou plusieurs éléments choisis dans le groupe constitué par Ti, Nb, V et Zr et le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables, la microstructure de la tôle d'acier présentant une structure composite contenant de 50 % à 90 % de ferrite et de 10 % à moins de 50 % au total de martensite et de bainite par une fraction volumique, et satisfaisant à la relation 1 suivante, ce qui signifie une différence de variation de hauteur relative entre la ferrite et une phase dure après 10 % de déformation de traction uniaxiale d'une plaque.
