Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an automatic needle separating and collecting apparatus enabling a reliable syringe removal and, more particularly, to a novel technology for a complete removal of a syringe and thus enabling accurate separation and collection when a needle is removed from the used syringe. An existing needle separating and collecting apparatus often has a needle hub of a syringe jammed in a syringe support hole of a pick-out bucket and unable to fall out while the pick-out bucket rotates and pulls the syringe out of a needle, thereby resulting in incomplete separation and collection of the syringe. The present invention provides a solution to the problem by enabling a push pin to push a needle hub of a syringe and the syringe to be completely removed from the draw bucket when a draw bucket rotates and pulls out the syringe.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séparation et de collecte automatique d'aiguille permettant un retrait fiable de seringue et, plus particulièrement, une nouvelle technologie pour l'élimination complète d'une seringue et permettant ainsi une séparation et une collecte précise lorsqu'une aiguille est retirée de la seringue usagée. Un dispositif de séparation et de collecte automatique d'aiguille a souvent une embase d'aiguille d'une seringue bloquée dans un trou de support de seringue de godet de prélèvement et incapable de tomber lorsque le godet d'extraction tourne et tire la seringue hors d'une aiguille, provoquant ainsi une séparation et une collecte incomplète de la seringue. La présente invention apporte une solution au problème en permettant à une goupille poussoir de pousser une embase d'aiguille d'une seringue et à la seringue d'être complètement retirée du godet d'extraction lorsqu'un godet d'extraction tourne et extrait la seringue.
(KO) 본 발명은 주사기의 탈거가 확실한 니들 자동 분리수거기에 관한 것으로, 특히 사용하고 난 주사기에서 니들을 분리할 때 주사기를 확실하게 탈거하여 분리수거를 정확하게 이행하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 게시된 니들 분리수거기는 픽아웃 버켓이 회전하면서 니들로부터 주사기를 뽑아내는 과정에서 주사기의 니들허브가 픽아웃 버켓의 주사기 지지홀에 끼어 외부로 탈거되지 않는 일이 빈번하게 발생함으로써 주사기의 분리수거가 제대로 이루어지지 못하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 드로우 버켓이 회전하면서 주사기를 뽑을 때 밀핀이 주사기의 니들허브를 밀어주면서 드로우 버켓으로부터 주사기가 완벽하게 탈거될 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
