Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a straightening system and a straightening method, which can conduct straightening in conformity with the shape pattern of a material, the straightening system comprising: a cooling device for spraying a cooling fluid in a predetermined pattern, in order to cool a material that has been heated in a heating furnace and has passed through a rolling device, with regard to a plurality of areas split in the transverse direction of the material; a straightening device for straightening the material that has passed through the cooling device; a flatness gauge for measuring the flatness of the material that has passed through the cooling device; and a control unit for receiving data regarding the flatness of the material from the flatness gauge and controlling the cooling device in response thereto, thereby improving the flatness of the material. This configuration is advantageous in that the flatness of the material can be improved by setting the interval between straightening rolls and the rate of straightening in conformity with the shape pattern of the material and by controlling the cooling flow rate with regard to the transverse direction of the cooling device.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un système de redressage et un procédé de redressage, qui permettent d'effectuer un redressage conformément au motif de forme d'un matériau, le système de redressage comprenant : un dispositif de refroidissement pour la pulvérisation d'un fluide de refroidissement suivant un motif prédéfini, afin de refroidir un matériau qui a été chauffé dans un four de réchauffage et qui est passé dans un dispositif de laminage, en ce qui concerne une pluralité de zones divisées dans la direction transversale du matériau ; un dispositif de redressage pour le redressage du matériau qui est passé dans le dispositif de refroidissement ; une jauge de planéité pour la mesure de la planéité du matériau qui est passé dans le dispositif de refroidissement ; et une unité de commande pour la réception de données concernant la planéité du matériau provenant de la jauge de planéité et la commande du dispositif de refroidissement en réponse à ces dernières, ce qui permet d'améliorer la planéité du matériau. Cette configuration est avantageuse en ce que la planéité du matériau peut être améliorée par réglage de l'intervalle entre les rouleaux de redressage et de la vitesse de redressage conformément au motif de forme du matériau et par commande du débit de refroidissement dans le sens transversal du dispositif de refroidissement.
(KO) 본 발명은 소재의 형상 패턴에 대응하여 교정을 수행할 수 있는 교정 시스템 및 교정 방법에 관한 것으로서, 가열로에서 가열된 후 압연기를 통과한 소재를 냉각하기 위하여 소재의 폭 방향으로 분할된 복수의 영역에 대하여 소정의 패턴으로 냉각유체를 분사하는 냉각장치와, 상기 냉각장치를 통과한 소재를 교정하는 교정장치와, 상기 냉각장치를 통과한 소재의 평탄도를 측정하는 평탄도계, 그리고 상기 평탄도계로부터 소재의 평탄도 데이터를 수신하고, 그에 대응하여 상기 냉각장치를 제어하여 소재의 평탄도를 향상시키는 제어부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 소재의 형상 패턴에 대응하여 교정롤 간격과 교정 속도를 설정하고, 냉각장치의 폭 방향에 대한 냉각유량을 제어하여 소재의 평탄도를 향상시킬 수 있는 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
