Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a cooling device and a cooling method capable of controlling, by section, the flow of coolant supplied in a widthwise direction, the cooling device comprising: a base frame connected to an external cooling fluid supply line, and disposed to be able to spray coolant onto a material that passes through a rolling mill after having been heated in a heating furnace; and a nozzle assembly disposed on the base frame, and spraying a cooling fluid in an arbitrary pattern onto a plurality of sections divided along the widthwise direction of the material, in order to minimize a deviation in temperature in the widthwise direction of the material. Through this configuration, the flow of coolant supplied in the widthwise direction of a material can be controlled to be varied, thereby being capable of minimizing a deviation in temperature in the widthwise direction of a high temperature material.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de refroidissement et un procédé de refroidissement permettant de régler, par section, le débit d’un liquide de refroidissement fourni dans le sens de la largeur, le dispositif de refroidissement comprenant : un châssis de base relié à une conduite de fourniture de liquide de refroidissement externe et disposé pour pouvoir pulvériser du liquide de refroidissement sur un matériau qui passe dans un laminoir après avoir été chauffé dans un four de réchauffage ; et un ensemble buse disposé sur le châssis de base et pulvérisant un liquide de refroidissement suivant un motif arbitraire par rapport à une pluralité de sections divisées dans le sens de la largeur du matériau, afin de réduire au minimum un écart de température dans le sens de la largeur du matériau. Grâce à cette configuration, du fait que le débit de liquide de refroidissement fourni dans le sens de la largeur d’un matériau peut être réglé pour être amené à varier, on peut obtenir l’effet consistant à pouvoir réduire au minimum un écart de température dans le sens de la largeur d’un matériau à haute température.
(KO) 본 발명은 폭 방향으로 공급되는 냉각수의 유량을 영역별로 제어할 수 있는 냉각장치 및 냉각방법에 관한 것으로서, 외부 냉각유체 공급라인과 연결되고 가열로에서 가열된 후 압연기를 통과한 소재에 냉각수를 분사할 수 있도록 배치되는 베이스 프레임과, 상기 베이스 프레임에 배치되고 소재의 폭 방향에 대한 온도편차를 최소화하기 위하여 소재의 폭 방향으로 분할된 복수의 영역에 대하여 임의의 패턴으로 냉각유체를 분사하는 노즐 어셈블리를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 소재의 폭 방향으로 공급되는 냉각수의 유량을 가변하도록 제어할 수 있어, 고온소재의 폭 방향에 대한 온도 편차를 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
