Abstract:
(EN) This shaped material for downhole tool member is a magnesium alloy in which 0 wt% or more and less than 0.3 wt% of a rare earth metal, a metal material other than magnesium and a rare earth metal, and 0.1 to 20 wt% of a decomposition promoter are dispersed in a phase containing 70-95 wt% of magnesium, the average particle diameter of the metal material being 1-300 μm, the tensile strength being 200-500 MPa, and the decomposition speed in a 2% potassium chloride aqueous solution at 93°C being 20 mg/cm2 to 20,000 mg/cm2 per day. A high-strength, readily decomposable downhole tool is realized thereby.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau profilé pour élément d'outil de fond de puits qui est un alliage de magnésium dans lequel entre 0% et 0,3%en poids d'un métal de terres rares, un matériau métallique autre que le magnésium et un métal de terres rares, et 0,1 à 20% en poids d'un promoteur de décomposition sont dispersés dans une phase contenant 70 à 95% en poids de magnésium, le diamètre moyen des particules du matériau métallique étant de 1 à 300 μm, la résistance à la traction étant de 200 à 500 MPa, et la vitesse de décomposition dans une solution aqueuse de chlorure de potassium de 2 % à 93°C étant de 20 mg/cm2 à 20,000 mg/cm2 par jour. Ce matériau permet d'obtenir un outil de fond de puits à haute résistance facilement décomposable.
(JA) ダウンホールツール部材用素形材は、70~95重量%のマグネシウムを含む相に、0重量%以上、0.3重量%未満の希土類金属と、マグネシウム及び希土類金属以外の金属材料と、0.1~20重量%の分解促進剤と、が分散したマグネシウム合金であり、金属材料の平均粒子径は1~300μmであり、引張強度が200~500MPaであり、93℃、2%塩化カリウム水溶液に対する分解速度が、1日当たり20mg/cm以上、20,000mg/cm以下である。これにより、高強度かつ容易分解性のダウンホールツールを実現する。
