Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composite semipermeable membrane which has a practical level of water permeation performance and high acid resistance. The present invention relates to a composite semipermeable membrane provided with a support membrane and a separation function layer arranged on the support membrane, said composite semipermeable membrane being characterized in that the separation function layer contains a crosslinked aromatic polyamide and has a pleated structure having protruding parts and depressed parts, the proportion of the number of protruding parts each having a height of 100 nm or more in the protruding parts in the pleated structure is 80% or more, the separation function layer contains an amino group, a carboxy group and an amide group, and the formula: y/x ≤ 0.81 is satisfied wherein x represents a (carboxy group)/(amide group) molar ratio and y represents an (amino group)/(amide group) molar ratio.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir une membrane semi-perméable composite qui présente un niveau pratique de performance de perméation d'eau et une haute résistance à l'acide. La présente invention concerne une membrane semi-perméable composite qui comporte une membrane de support et une couche de fonction de séparation disposée sur la membrane de support, ladite membrane semi-perméable composite étant caractérisée en ce que la couche de fonction de séparation contient un polyamide aromatique réticulé et a une structure plissée ayant des parties saillantes et des parties renfoncées, la proportion du nombre de parties saillantes ayant chacune une hauteur de 100 nm ou plus dans les parties saillantes dans la structure plissée est de 80 % ou plus, la couche de fonction de séparation contient un groupe amino, un groupe carboxy et un groupe amide, et la formule : y/x ≤ 0,81 est satisfaite, où x représente un rapport molaire (groupe carboxy)/(groupe amide) et y représente un rapport molaire (groupe amino)/(groupe amide).
(JA) 本発明は、実用性のある透水性能を有し、耐酸性の高い複合半透膜を提供することを課題とする。本発明は、支持膜と、前記支持膜上に設けられた分離機能層とを備える複合半透膜であって、前記分離機能層が架橋芳香族ポリアミドを含有すると共に、凸部と凹部とを備えるひだ構造を有し、前記ひだ構造の凸部において高さが100nm以上である凸部の数の割合が80%以上であり、かつ前記分離機能層がアミノ基、カルボキシ基、及びアミド基を含み、カルボキシ基/アミド基のモル比をx、アミノ基/アミド基のモル比をyとしたとき、y/x≦0.81であることを特徴とする複合半透膜に関する。
