Abstract:
(EN) This energy absorbing member (20) is formed from an extruded aluminum alloy material having a substantially quadrangular exterior. Straight portions of a pair of edges of the quadrangular shape are each segmented into three side walls (21a, 21b, 21c) by two arc-shaped internal projections (26) that project to the interior. The vertices of opposing internal projections (26) are coupled via a rib (25). Thus, the energy absorbing member (20) is configured as a shape in which three cylindrical portions comprising hollow portions (24a, 24b, 24c) are joined. Moreover, arc-shaped internal projections (23) that each project to the interior are provided in the four corners of the quadrangular shape.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément d'absorption d'énergie (20) constitué d'un matériau en alliage d'aluminium extrudé ayant un extérieur sensiblement quadrangulaire. Les portions droites d'une paire de bords de la forme quadrangulaire sont chacune segmentées en trois parois latérales (21a, 21b, 21c) par deux projections internes en forme d'arc (26) qui font saillie vers l'intérieur. Les sommets des projections internes opposées (26) sont couplés par une nervure (25). L'élément d'absorption d'énergie (20) est ainsi configuré en une forme dans laquelle trois portions cylindriques comportant des portions creuses (24a, 24b, 24c) sont jointes. De plus, des projection internes en forme d'arc (23) faisant respectivement saillie vers l'intérieur sont disposées dans les quatre coins de la forme quadrangulaire.
(JA) エネルギー吸収部材(20)は、略四角形の外形を有するアルミニウム合金の押出材から形成されている。四角形の1対の長辺の直線部は、それぞれ2つの内側に突出する円弧状の内凸部(26)によって3辺の側壁(21a,21b,21c)に分割されている。対面する内凸部(26)の頂部は、リブ(25)によって連結されている。これにより、エネルギー吸収部材(20)は、中空部(24a,24b,24c)を有する3つの筒状部が結合された形状として構成される。また、四角形の4つの角部には、それぞれ内側に突出する円弧状の内凸部(23)が設けられている。
