Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a heat transfer sheet capable of suppressing heat fusion between an object to which the sheet is to be transferred and the heat transfer sheet, even when energy to be applied to the heat transfer sheet is increased when transferring a transfer layer to the object to which the sheet is to be transferred. A heat transfer sheet 100 has a transfer layer 10 located on one surface of a substrate 2. The heat transfer sheet 100 is superimposed on an object 300 to which the sheet is to be transferred, and the transfer layer 10 is continuously transferred to the object 300 to which the sheet is to be transferred under conditions of an applied power of 0.15 W/dot and a heat transfer sheet conveyance speed of 84.6 mm/sec using a printer 200 which has: a heat transfer sheet feeding means 201; a heating means 202; a heat transfer sheet winding means 203; a measurement means 204 located between the heating means 202 and the heat transfer sheet winding means 203 which measures a tensile strength of the heat transfer sheet conveyed along a conveyance path; and a peeling means 205 located between the heating means 202 and the measurement means 204. The tensile strength measured by the measurement means 204 is 0.1 N/cm or lower when the transfer layer 10 transferred to the object 300 to which the sheet is to be transferred is peeled from a component contacting the transfer layer of the heat transfer sheet 100.
(FR) L'invention concerne une feuille de transfert thermique capable de supprimer une fusion thermique entre un objet auquel la feuille doit être transférée et la feuille de transfert thermique, même lorsque l'énergie à appliquer à la feuille de transfert thermique est augmentée lors du transfert d'une couche de transfert à l'objet auquel la feuille doit être transférée. Une feuille de transfert thermique (100) comprend une couche de transfert (10) située sur une surface d'un substrat (2). La feuille de transfert thermique (100) est superposée sur un objet (300) auquel la feuille doit être transférée, et la couche de transfert (10) est transférée en continu à l'objet (300) auquel la feuille doit être transférée dans des conditions d'une puissance appliquée de 0,15 W/point et d'une vitesse de transport de la feuille de transfert thermique de 84,6 mm/s en utilisant une imprimante (200) qui possède : un moyen d'avance de feuille de transfert thermique (201) ; un moyen de chauffage (202) ; un moyen d'enroulement de feuille de transfert thermique (203) ; un moyen de mesure (204) situé entre les moyens de chauffage (202) et le moyen d'enroulement de feuille de transfert thermique (203) qui mesure une résistance à la traction de la feuille de transfert thermique transportée le long d'un trajet de transport ; et un moyen de pelage (205) situé entre le moyen de chauffage (202) et le moyen de mesure (204). La résistance à la traction mesurée par le moyen de mesure (204) est inférieure ou égale à 0,1 N/cm lorsque la couche de transfert (10) transférée à l'objet (300) auquel la feuille doit être transférée est pelée d'un composant en contact avec la couche de transfert de la feuille de transfert thermique (100).
