Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a mineral base oil that satisfies requirements (I) to (III). Requirement (I) Kinematic viscosity at 100°C is 2 mm2/s or greater and less than 7 mm2/s. Requirement (II) A viscosity index is 100 or more. Requirement (III) A temperature gradient Δ | η*| of complex viscosity between two points of -10°C and -25°C measured using a rotational rheometer under conditions of an angular velocity of 6.3 rad/s and a strain amount of 0.1 to 100% is 60 Pa⋅s/°C or less. The mineral base oil has good low temperature viscosity characteristics such as fuel efficiency at low temperatures and cold start performance of the engine, and can be formed into a lubricating oil composition that has excellent high temperature piston detergency.
(FR) L'invention concerne une huile de base minérale qui satisfait aux conditions (I) à (III). Condition (I) : la viscosité cinématique à 100°C est de 2 mm2/s ou plus et inférieure à 7 mm2/s. Condition (II) : un indice de viscosité est de 100 ou plus. Condition (III) : un gradient de température Δ | η*| de la viscosité complexe entre deux points de -10 °C et de -25°C, mesuré au moyen d'un rhéomètre rotatif dans des conditions d'une vitesse angulaire de 6,3 rad/s et d'une quantité de contrainte de 0,1 à 100 %, est de 60 Pa⋅s/°C ou moins. L'huile de base minérale présente de bonnes caractéristiques de viscosité à basse température, telles que l'efficacité du carburant à des températures basses et les performances de démarrage à froid du moteur, et peut être formée en une composition d'huile lubrifiante qui présente une excellente détergence du piston à haute température.
(JA) 下記要件(I)~(III)を満たす鉱油系基油を提供する。 ・要件(I):100℃における動粘度が2mm/s以上7mm/s未満である。 ・要件(II):粘度指数が100以上である。 ・要件(III):回転型レオメータを用いて、角速度6.3rad/s、歪み量0.1~100%の条件下で計測した、-10℃と-25℃の2点間における複素粘度の温度勾配Δ|η*|が、60Pa・s/℃以下である。 上記の鉱油系基油は、低温での省燃費性やエンジンの低温始動性といった低温粘度特性が良好であると共に、ピストンの高温清浄性に優れた潤滑油組成物となり得る。
