Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a swallowing movement measuring device capable of measuring the swallowing movement of a subject. This swallowing movement measuring device measures swallowing movement on the basis of the movement of the larynx generated during swallowing of a bolus, and includes a capacitive sensor that is brought into contact with the surface of the larynx of a subject, and a measurement device that measures change in capacitance in the capacitive sensor. The capacitive sensor includes a sensor main body having a sheet type dielectric layer, and a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer that are respectively formed on the front surface and the back surface of the dielectric layer and are at least partially opposed to each other with the dielectric layer therebetween, wherein the opposed portions of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer serve as a detector, and the sensor main body reversibly deforms so that the areas of the front and back surfaces of the dielectric layer change.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de mouvement de déglutition capable de mesurer le mouvement de déglutition d’un sujet. Ce dispositif de mesure de mouvement de déglutition mesure le mouvement de déglutition sur la base du mouvement du larynx généré pendant la déglutition d’un bolus, et comprend un capteur capacitif qui est mis en contact avec la surface du larynx d’un sujet, et un dispositif de mesure qui mesure le changement de capacité dans le capteur capacitif. Le capteur capacitif comprend un corps principal de capteur comportant une couche diélectrique de type feuille, et une première couche d’électrode et une deuxième couche d’électrode qui sont respectivement formées sur la surface avant et la surface arrière de la couche diélectrique et sont au moins partiellement opposées l’une à l’autre avec la couche diélectrique entre celles-ci, les parties opposées de la première couche d’électrode et la deuxième couche d’électrode servant de détecteur, et le corps principal de capteur se déforme de façon réversible de sorte que les aires des surfaces avant et arrière de la couche diélectrique changent.
(JA) 被験者の嚥下運動を計測することができる嚥下運動計測装置を提供する。上記嚥下運動計測装置は、食塊の嚥下時に生じる喉頭の運動に基づいて嚥下運動を計測する装置であって、被験者の喉頭部の体表に接触させる静電容量型センサと、前記静電容量型センサにおける静電容量の変化を計測する計測器とを備え、前記静電容量型センサはシート状の誘電層と、前記誘電層のおもて面及び裏面のそれぞれに前記誘電層を挟んで少なくとも一部が対向するように形成された第1電極層及び第2電極層とを有し、前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層との対向する部分を検出部とし、前記誘電層の表裏面の面積が変化するように可逆的に変形するセンサ本体を含む。
