Abstract:
(EN) A piezoelectric oscillation device 1, provided with: a piezoelectric vibrator 50 including a piezoelectric vibration element 10; a heating element 60 for heating the piezoelectric vibration element 10; an electrical component 62 electrically connected to the piezoelectric vibration element 10; a substrate 70 on which the piezoelectric vibrator 50, the heating element 60, and the electrical component 62 are mounted; and a base member 90 to which the substrate 70 is attached so as to leave a predetermined gap, with substrate-holding members 94 interposed therebetween. The substrate-holding members 94 include a conducting part, and the conducting part has a thermal conductivity lower than that of metal.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif d’oscillation piézoélectrique (1), qui comporte : un vibrateur (50) piézoélectrique incluant un élément de vibration (10) piézoélectrique ; un élément chauffant (60) pour le chauffage de l’élément de vibration (10) piézoélectrique ; un composant électrique (62) connecté électriquement à l’élément de vibration (10) piézoélectrique ; un substrat (70) sur lequel sont montés le vibrateur (50) piézoélectrique, l’élément chauffant (60), et le composant électrique (62) ; et un organe de base (90) auquel est fixé le substrat (70) de manière à laisser un vide préétabli, des organes de maintien (94) de substrat étant intercalés entre eux. Les organes de maintien (94) de substrat incluent une partie conductrice, et la conductivité thermique de la partie conductrice est inférieure à celle du métal.
