Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an insolubilization technique which is capable of effectively reducing the dissolution amount of arsenic with respect to soil that contains at least arsenic as a specified hazardous substance . An insolubilization material for arsenic, which is used for soil that contains at least arsenic as a specified hazardous substance, and which contains gypsum and an iron powder such that the iron powder is contained in an amount of 6-100 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the gypsum. An insolubilization method for arsenic, which adds gypsum and an iron powder to soil that contains at least arsenic as a specified hazardous substance so that 6-100 parts by mass of the iron powder is added per 100 parts by mass of the gypsum.
(FR) L'invention concerne une technique d'insolubilisation qui est capable de réduire efficacement la quantité de dissolution d'arsenic par rapport au sol qui contient au moins de l'arsenic comme substance dangereuse spécifiée. L'invention concerne un matériau d'insolubilisation d'arsenic, qui est utilisé pour le sol qui contient au moins de l'arsenic comme substance dangereuse spécifiée, et qui contient du gypse et une poudre de fer de telle sorte que la poudre de fer est contenue dans une quantité de 6 à 100 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse de gypse. L'invention concerne un procédé d'insolubilisation d'arsenic, qui ajoute du gypse et une poudre de fer dans le sol, qui contient au moins de l'arsenic comme substance dangereuse spécifiée, de telle sorte que 6 à 100 parties en masse de poudre de fer sont ajoutées pour 100 parties en masse de gypse.
