Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a rotating electrical machine provided with a stator coil having a wave wound configuration capable of being assembled in phase coil units, and a method of manufacturing the same. In this rotating electrical machine, a stator coil is provided with a plurality of types of unit coil (20) having different coil pitch (CP11 to CP32) configurations, said plurality of types of unit coil (20) being at least a short-pitch winding/long-pitch winding unit coil (20SL) from among a full-pitch winding unit coil (20F) and the short-pitch winding/long-pitch winding unit coil (20SL). Further, the stator coil is provided with a plurality of phase coils (33) in which a plurality of unit coils (20) including at least one each of the plurality of types of unit coil (20) are connected electrically in series. Additionally, the plurality of unit coils (20) forming each phase coil (33) are provided with two types of unit coils (20), namely a full coil (23f) and a half coil (23h), in relation to the occupancy state of a plurality of slots (11).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine électrique tournante équipée d'une bobine de stator ayant une configuration en enroulement ondulé pouvant être assemblée en unités de bobine de phase, et un procédé pour la fabriquer. Dans cette machine électrique tournante, une bobine de stator est pourvue d'une pluralité de types de bobine unitaire (20) présentant différentes configurations de pas de bobine (CP11 à CP32), ladite pluralité de types de bobine unitaire (20) étant au moins une bobine unitaire à enroulement à pas court/enroulement à pas long (20SL) parmi une bobine unitaire à enroulement à pas diamétral (20F) et la bobine unitaire à enroulement à pas court/enroulement à pas long (20SL). En outre, la bobine de stator est pourvue d'une pluralité de bobines de phase (33) parmi lesquelles plusieurs bobines unitaires (20) comprenant au moins chacun des types bobine unitaire (20) sont connectées électriquement en série. De plus, la pluralité de bobines unitaires (20) formant chaque bobine de phase (33) est pourvue de deux types de bobines unitaires (20), à savoir une bobine complète (23f) et une demi-bobine (23h), par rapport à l'état d'occupation d'une pluralité de fentes (11).
