Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a masterbatch in which cellulose nanofibers are uniformly dispersed within the system. According to the present invention, a masterbatch is produced by mixing carboxyl group-containing chemically modified cellulose nanofibers that have previously been thoroughly dispersed under acidic conditions with a rubber latex. Thus, the present invention provides a method for producing a masterbatch comprising (A) a step for introducing a carboxyl group into a cellulosic raw material to obtain a modified cellulose; (B) a step for fibrillating and dispersing the modified cellulose to obtain cellulose nanofibers; (C) a step for acidifying the cellulose nanofibers to obtain acid-form cellulose nanofibers; and (D) a step for mixing the acid-form cellulose nanofibers with a rubber component. A rubber composition exhibiting an excellent strength, e.g., tensile strength, can be provided by using the obtained masterbatch.
(FR) La présente invention vise à obtenir un mélange maître dans lequel des nanofibres de cellulose sont dispersées uniformément dans le système. Selon la présente invention, un mélange maître est produit en mélangeant des nanofibres de cellulose modifiées chimiquement et contenant un groupe carboxyle qui ont préalablement été soigneusement dispersées dans des conditions acide avec un latex de caoutchouc. Ainsi, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un mélange maître comprenant (A) une étape consistant à introduire un groupe carboxyle dans un produit de départ cellulosique pour obtenir une cellulose modifiée ; (B) une étape consistant à fibriller et disperser la cellulose modifiée pour obtenir des nanofibres de cellulose ; (C) une étape consistant à acidifier les nanofibres de cellulose pour obtenir des nanofibres de cellulose sous forme acide ; et (D) une étape consistant à mélanger les nanofibres de cellulose sous forme acide avec un constituant de caoutchouc. Une composition de caoutchouc présentant une excellente résistance, par exemple en termes de résistance à la traction, peut être obtenue au moyen du mélange maître ainsi obtenu.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、セルロースナノファイバーが系内で均一に分散されたマスターバッチを得ることである。本発明によれば、カルボキシル基を有する化学変性されたセルロースナノファイバーを、予め酸性条件下にて十分に分散させた上でゴムラテックスと混合することによりマスターバッチを作製する。すなわち、(A)セルロース系原料にカルボキシル基を導入し変性セルロースを得る工程、(B)変性セルロースを解繊及び分散処理しセルロースナノファイバーを得る工程、(C)セルロースナノファイバーを酸性化し酸型セルロースナノファイバーを得る工程、及び(D)酸型セルロースナノファイバーとゴム成分を混合する工程を含む、マスターバッチの製造方法が提供される。得られるマスターバッチを用いることにより、引張強度等の強度に優れたゴム組成物を提供することができる。
