Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, wear and seizing of the guiding portion of a holder and abnormal wear of a columnar part of the holder are prevented even when a planetary rotational element provided to a planetary reduction gear is supported by roller bearings. Holder guiding surfaces (9, 10) are provided to the inner periphery of an outer race (2). The present invention is provided with a first ring (12) anchored to a first annular part (14) of a holder body (11), and a second ring (13) anchored to a second annular part (15) of the holder body (11). The first ring (12) and the second ring (13) are provided with guided surfaces (18, 19) that have a lower coefficient of friction than the surface of the holder body (11). The first ring (12) and the second ring (13) are formed into annular configurations from a material having a higher modulus of elasticity than the material of the holder body (11).
(FR) La présente invention concerne la prévention de l'usure et du blocage de la partie de guidage d'un support, ainsi que l'usure anormale d'une partie en forme de colonne du support, même lorsqu'un élément rotatif planétaire prévu sur un réducteur à engrenage planétaire est supporté par des paliers à roulement. Des surfaces de guidage (9, 10) de support sont prévues sur la périphérie interne d'une voie externe (2). La présente invention comporte une première bague (12) ancrée sur une première partie annulaire (14) d'un corps de support (11) et une seconde bague (13) ancrée sur une seconde partie annulaire (15) du corps de support (11). La première bague (12) et la seconde bague (13) comprennent des surfaces guidées (18, 19) qui ont un coefficient de friction inférieur à celui de la surface du corps de support (11). La première bague (12) et la seconde bague (13) sont formées en des configurations annulaires à partir d'un matériau ayant un module d'élasticité supérieur à celui du matériau du corps de support (11).
(JA) 遊星減速機に備わる遊星回転体をころ軸受で支持する場合でも、保持器案内部分の摩耗及び焼き付き、並びに保持器の柱部の異常摩耗を防止する。外輪(2)の内周に保持器案内面(9,10)を設ける。保持器本体(11)の第一環状部(14)に固着する第一リング(12)と、保持器本体(11)の第二環状部(15)に固着する第二リング(13)とを備える。第一リング(12)、第二リング(13)には、保持器本体(11)の表面に比して低い摩擦係数をもった被案内面(18,19)を設ける。また、第一リング(12)、第二リング(13)を保持器本体(11)の材料よりも高弾性率の材料で環状に形成する。
