Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a terminal connection structure for a wire harness, the connection structure being configured so that a connection part for connecting a plurality of electric wires (11) to the same connection partner (51) will be fastened by threads without causing external damage to other parts and with good work efficiency. The connection structure is provided with: a housing member (21) having formed therein a plurality of terminal insertion holes (21a) into which a plurality of electric wire-side connection terminals (15) are inserted, the housing member (21) also having formed therein through - holes (21b) for thread fastening, the housing member (21) further having located on one end side of the through-hole (21b) a fastening-side flat surface (21c) perpendicular to the axis of the through-hole (21b); a bus bar member (22) having on the inner side of the housing member (21) a plurality of insertion terminal sections (22a) and a plate-like connection section (22b) for connecting the plurality of insertion terminal sections (22a); and a metal plate (23) for connection, which is formed in a plate-like shape extending along the fastening-side flat surface (21c) of the housing member (21) and supported by the housing member (21) and/or the bus bar member (22) while being conducted to the bus bar member (22).
(FR) L’invention concerne une structure de connexion de borne de faisceau électrique qui ne provoque pas de dommages externes vis-à-vis d’autres composant, et qui est telle que des composants connexion connectant une pluralité de fils électriques (11) à une même destination de connexion (51), sont vissés afin d’améliorer l’usinabilité. La structure de l’invention est équipée : d’un élément logement (21) tel qu’y sont formés une pluralité de trous d’insertion de borne (21a) dans laquelle est insérée une pluralité de bornes de connexion côté fils électriques (15), et un trou traversant (21b) destiné au vissage, et qui possède d’un côté extrémité du trou traversant (21b) une face plane (21c) côté vissage perpendiculaire à la ligne axiale du trou traversant (21b) ; d’un élément barre omnibus (22) qui possède, côté interne de l’élément logement (21), une pluralité de parties borne d’insertion (22a) et une partie connexion en forme de plaque (22b) connectant ces dernières ; et d’une plaque métallique pour connexion (23) qui prend une forme de plaque se prolongeant suivant la face plane (21c) côté vissage de l’élément logement (21), et qui est soutenue par l’élément logement (21) et/ou l’élément barre omnibus (22) dans un état de conduction vers l’élément barre omnibus (22).
