Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a sintered oil-retaining bearing in which a sliding surface (3) for supporting the outer peripheral surface of a shaft (11) and a helical oil supply surface (4) centered about the axial center of a shaft hole (2) are formed adjacent to each other in the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole (2) through which the shaft (11) is inserted, the surface opening ratio in the sliding surface (3) is 10% or less, and the surface opening ratio of the oil supply surface (4) exceeds 10%. The present invention thereby makes it possible to supply a sufficient amount of oil to the sliding surface (3), to minimize the amount of supplied oil that moves to the interior from the sliding surface (3), to achieve a low coefficient of friction, and to improve the sliding characteristic of the bearing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un palier fritté de retenue d'huile dans lequel une surface de glissement (3) pour supporter la surface périphérique extérieure d'un arbre (11) et une surface d'alimentation en huile hélicoïdale (4) centrée autour du centre axial d'un trou (2) pour arbre sont formées adjacentes l'une à l'autre dans la surface périphérique intérieure du trou (2) pour arbre dans lequel l'arbre (11) est introduit, le rapport d'ouverture de surface dans la surface de glissement (3) étant de 10 % ou moins, et le rapport d'ouverture de surface de la surface d'alimentation d'huile (4) dépassant 10 %. La présente invention permet ainsi d'apporter une quantité d'huile suffisante à la surface de glissement (3), de réduire au minimum la quantité d'huile apportée qui se déplace jusqu'à l'intérieur depuis la surface de glissement (3), d'atteindre un faible coefficient de frottement, et d'améliorer la caractéristique de glissement du palier.
(JA) 本発明は、軸(11)が挿入される軸受孔(2)の内周面に、軸(11)の外周面を支持する摺動面(3)と、軸受孔(2)の軸心を中心とする螺旋状の給油面(4)とが隣接して形成されており、摺動面(3)における表面開口率は10%以下であり、給油面(4)の表面開口率が10%を超えている焼結含油軸受に関する。本発明は、これにより、摺動面(3)に十分な量の油を供給するとともに、供給された油が摺動面(3)から内部に移動することを抑制して、低摩擦係数化を図り、軸受としての摺動特性を向上させることが可能となる。
