Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a rotating electrical machine having a fractional-slot configuration provided with concentrically wound stator coils, and a method of manufacturing the same. In a rotating electrical machine according to the present invention, a plurality of unit coils (20) included in the stator coil are allocated to a first pole coil (31f) and a second pole coil (31s) in units of slots that oppose a pair of movable element magnetic poles. Further, each pole pair coil (32) forming a plurality of phase coils is provided with two types of the unit coils (20), namely a full coil (23f) and a half coil (23h). In addition, in each pole pair coil (32) the coil pitches between pairs of coil sides (21, 21) of the plurality of unit coils (20) forming said pole pair coil (32) are different from one another, and each pole pair coil (32) is provided with one half coil (23h).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine électrique tournante ayant une configuration à fentes fractionnées pourvue de bobines de stator à enroulement concentrique, et son procédé de fabrication. Dans une machine électrique tournante selon la présente invention, une pluralité de bobines unitaires (10) incluses dans la bobine de stator est attribuée à une première bobine polaire (31f) et à une seconde bobine polaire (31s) dans des unités de fentes s'opposant à une paire de pôles magnétiques d'élément mobile. En outre, chaque bobine à paire de pôles (32) formant une pluralité de bobines de phase est pourvue de deux types de bobines unitaires (10), à savoir une bobine complète (23f) et une demi-bobine (23h). En outre, dans chaque bobine à paire de pôles (32), les pas de bobine entre des paires de côtés de bobine (21, 21) de la pluralité de bobines unitaires (20) formant ladite bobine à paire de pôles (32) sont différents les uns des autres, et chaque bobine à paire de pôles (32) est pourvue d'une demi-bobine (23h).
(JA) 同心状に巻装された固定子コイルを備える分数スロット構成の回転電機およびその製造方法を提供する。本発明に係る回転電機は、固定子コイルに含まれる複数の単位コイル(20)が、一対の可動子磁極に対向するスロット単位で、第一極コイル(31f)と第二極コイル(31s)とに振り分けられている。また、複数の相コイルを構成する各極対コイル(32)は、フルコイル(23f)とハーフコイル(23h)との二種類の単位コイル(20)を備えている。さらに、各極対コイル(32)は、当該極対コイル(32)を構成する複数の単位コイル(20)の一対のコイルサイド(21,21)間のコイルピッチがそれぞれ異なり、一つのハーフコイル(23h)を備えている。
